Waited to publish this chapter until a little surprise was done- my friend had a cover made for Tryhard! I absolutely love it, it's based off one of my favorite Kate Bishop comic covers, and I hope you guys love it as much as I do :). Enjoy!

Kate always said there was no one who could out-drink me. Well, apparently there was, and she was sitting right in front of me. The blonde had taken down at least 6 glasses before we left, and I have to say, she didn't seem very affected by it. I stared in awe until Nat waved her hand in front of my face, making me flinch.

"Hey, (Y/N)??" I stopped walking, almost knocking into her.

"Yes?-What," I grab her wrist and lower her hand away from my face.

"Where exactly are we going?"

"To their apartment, duh," Yelena interrupted, rolling her eyes as if Nat was an idiot.

"Why are we going to your apartment, (Y/N)?" Nat turned, falling back to my side as tried to keep up with Yelena.

"To kill Barton, dumb shit," I could tell Yelena was rolling her eyes even though I couldn't see her face.

"Hey-not yet. Clint's out today, doing god knows what. I just want to get you guys familiar with the environment,"

"And THEN we kill Barton?" Yelena smiled sarcastically.

"Yes, Lena-but don't forget, act normal in front of Kate, no funny business," I cock an eyebrow at her.

"Yes yes, no business of being funny," I glanced toward Nat, biting my lip trying not to laugh. Maybe the alcohol had gotten to her a bit, her words slurred slightly and her accent became even thicker.

I held the door open for them, Yelena going in first then Natasha-Natalia I mean. Fuck, I need to stop doing that. We all stepped into the elevator and I pressed the third-floor button. I step back, glancing over at Lena and following her gaze to the ceiling, raising my eyebrows at her.

"This would be a good place to kill somebody," she gave the ceiling a funny look and sighed, looking back down and at the door.

"Yelena-" Nat scolded her but was interrupted by the silver doors opening. I looked back at the two just to be shoved out of the way by Yelena. I glanced at Nat who just shrugged, following after her. I quickly slipped out of the elevator as the doors began to close, running after the two. I watched as Yelena slowed, coming near the door.

"Hold on I'll unlock-" she had already picked the lock and opened the door. I looked at Nat, but my eyes darted back to the doorway after hearing a loud smack. "Lena?!" I ran through the doorway, only to see that the thud was a bottle of ketchup that I assumed Kate had thrown at Yelena.

"Ms. Bishop," Yelena moved the bottle away from her face, "it's a pleasure," she smiled and set the ketchup down on a table.

"Stay back-" Kate hadn't noticed me behind her, and now she was holding a knife out towards Lena, despite being a good 15 feet away.

"You're an archer, not Jackie Chan, Kate," I said, peeking my head out from behind Yelena to show Kate it was okay. I walked around Yelena and toward Kate, keeping my hand out to show her she wasn't gonna get hurt.  "Knife down, they aren't here to hurt you," I watched as she tried to speak, and as nothing came out.

"Well they're obviously here to hurt someone, it's all they do!" she finally got out, whisper yelling at me as I got closer. She pulled me in a little closer, now my face was inches away from hers. I looked back at Yelena and Nat for a second, Yelena kept eye contact while Nat pretended to find a painting on the wall extremely interesting.

"They aren't here to hurt anyone, I promise," I knew I was lying, but Kate didn't need to know that. "They're good people, it was a misunderstanding," I kept my eyes on Kate's as she searched for a response.

"Well considering one of them hates me, I doubt it. But whatever you say," she flashed me a fake smile and looked over my shoulder towards the sisters. "So, can I get you guys anything to drink?"

"No, thank you," Nat smiled back, nodding her head and walking over to the kitchen island. Yelena didn't say anything, she just shook her head, following Nat to the table.

"Hey-Kate, I think we got off on the wrong foot," Nat held her hand out to shake Kate's.

"What do you mean? Lying about your name to the person I like, then taking them from me and kidnapping both of us-noooo I wouldn't consider that the wrong foot," Kate smiled a little too hard and ignored Nat's hand.

"We didn't kidnap you, you tracked them and came to our spot," Yelena interrupted, "speaking of, how did you track them, we took all electronics and smashed them to bits?" she looked to Nat for confirmation, but Nat didn't look over, she just stared at the countertop, trying to ignore her.

"You didn't smash her glasses, the real important thing, they probably could've beaten m your ass with them. Speaking of, why didn't you?" Kate looked over to me, and I couldn't think of anything, an excuse, an explanation, nothing. I could've fought them off, but I didn't.

"Well- keyword, 'could've', Clint smashed them to shards, remember?" trying to change the subject, looking to Nat then back at the table.

"What did they do, these glasses?" Yelena asked, she actually sounded curious, losing her normally sarcastic tone.

"Ever seen Tony Stark's glasses?" Kate said, turning away from me and towards Yelena, who nodded her head in response. "That but better," she grinned. She loved those glasses, she had tried to steal them from me a few times.

"I wouldn't say that-" I tried to get out.

"I could make you better," Yelena interrupted, looking at me then back to Kate.

"You can?" Kate sounded more excited than I was. She knew how I had been feeling since Clint had broken them.

"I'll need a drink first, I assume Barton has Avenger technology?"

"Yes, he does-" Kate started to turn away.

"Make it two drinks," I interrupted. She looked back over her shoulder at me and grinned ear to ear. Then turned to Nat,

"Should I make it 3, Natasha?" the name made Nat's head snap up.

"Call me Natalia, and sure," she smiled slightly and looked over to me as Kate turned away. Maybe we would be okay.
