Am I ready?

...Pregnant.

(A Week & A Half Later)

"Izuku, honey you look stressed, is everything okay?" Inko asked her son.

"Yeah I'm fine, just tired and a bit stressed."

"Why, what's going on?"

"Nothing really, just Kat and I-"

"Are you two fighting?"

"What? No! We are definitely not fighting."

"Then what's going on?"

"We're trying to get pregnant."

"Oh my god Izuku why didn't you say anything!" Inko yelled.

"Mom, shush!"

"Sorry."

"I didn't say anything because I wanted to be at least 1 1/2 months along before we told anyone."

(Okay so I'm making their pregnancies shorter to fit more of the animalistic criteria because most animals don't have 9 month pregnancies. So instead of 3 months per trimester it will be 1 1/2 months so gestation period or pregnancy time would 4 1/5 months. Hope that makes sense.)

"I get it. So your not pregnant yet?"

"No and that's what I'm stressing out about, I've been off my birth control for over a week and we have been trying every day and I test every other day, and it always comes out negative. I don't know what's wrong."

"Is he knotting you?"

"Um y-yes?"

"Izu, sweetie quit acting shy. It's not like you haven't gotten pregnant before by him."

"I know! Which is why I don't understand why it's so hard now!"

"Well, the first time we're you in heat yet?"

"No, but the second time I was."

"Well my advice is quit worrying about it. Stress is not good when your trying to conceive. Take it slow and don't rush anything, the more pressure the less chances. And I know that that is mainly for regular omegas but it can still apply to you."

"I know, ~sigh~ it's just hard."

"I know sweetheart but, you'll get there so, stop stressing and just enjoy it. If you know what I mean."

"Oh my god mom."

"Where is Katsuki? Wasn't he here a minute ago?"

"I think he went to get us something to eat."

"Oh, are you in any pain?"

"Just discomfort."

"Don't lie babe." Katsuki said as he walked into the room.

"What did you get?"

"I got a sandwich for me, a soup for your mom and I got you a salad." He answered as he handed everyone their food.

"You know I hate salads."

"Yes I do but, they are healthy and good for you. So eat up."

"Can I at least have a bite of your sandwich?"

"It has bell peppers, you still want it?"

"Yeah, I'll just pick'em out."

"Here, give me your salad I'll eat it."

"Really?!"

"Do you want it or not?" Katsuki remarked as he waved the sandwich in Izuku's face.
