MY GREY WORLD

Chapter 1

"Please sir, could you allow her to finish the year?" my mother pleaded for the umpteenth time. "I'm sorry ma'am but there is nothing I can do about it, this is the third time this is happening and the parents of the injured students are threatening to sue the school", Mr. Pace our four-eyed principal replied.

Great, now I gotta transfer, well that has been my life the longest I have ever stayed in a school is 11 months and those were the worst 11 months of my life. Now the next thing to do is go home to receive an earful, get grounded and next change of school, I hope he is in a good mood, or else by this time tomorrow my body would have been filled with wounds.

"Eurell tells the principal how sorry you are and how you promise this would never happen again", my mum nudged my arm.

I rolled my eyes "Ugghh!! well that means you want me to lie, this isn't my fault, those assholes ganged up against me". I was shaking with anger.

"Do you see this, she isn't even remorseful" the principal looked at me scornfully.

"I can't take this anymore, mum I will meet you in the car", And then I crouched over the table facing the principal and whispered, "I see they paid you quite handsomely, by the way, I like your new wristwatch, it suits you". He opened his mouth in awe still looking at me while I gave him a devilish smirk.

Ohh, because of this ongoing drama I forgot to introduce myself. I go by Eurell Ronald, yes the daughter of the famous business tycoon in California, Andrew Ronald although a lot of people don't about me, you bet my father took care of that, he wouldn't want them to know that he had an oddball for a daughter. my life literally sucks and yours will too if you couldn't fit anywhere, when you look into you mother's eyes you know you are one of her biggest problem, a father that doesn't even want to associate with you and a younger brother that boldly tells you that he is all that you couldn't be.

"What do they take me for?" I lit a cigarette as I sat on the car trunk.

"Haven't I told you not to smoke this thing, she takes the cigarette and throws it on the floor, this is very dangerous, a lot of people are in the hospital because of it".

"Oh please, you are just worried about your reputation, not my health but don't worry I made sure nobody was watching". I revolted sarcastically and got into the car.

'What?!!! she got expelled!!, a man in an expensive blue three-piece suit thundered. You guessed right that's my dad. What kind of child are you? you stupid girl this is your fourth school. Just get out of my sight before I slap you". he eyed scornfully

Well, that's a first. Usually, I get to sit and listen to an earful, and get four or five slaps across the face. You must think I'm happy right well I am not, he is surely up to something. Well, let's wait and see.
