Chapter 29

Hi guys, as usual I'm sorry for not posting for so long. Fact is this has been in my drafts for some weeks just forgot to post. So sooorrry. I know this book is a slow burn but I will try to update frequently, I just have a lots of things going on. 

I sighed and ran my hands through my hair, at the rate I have been running my hands through them lately I was going to suffer a hair loss soon.

I was currently sitting in the car with Brittney as she kept encouraging that it was ok. The remaining days of my holidays was fun and eventful I stayed with Brittney in Cambridge and I was pampered through the holiday and our relationship had developed significantly but now we were back to school and I couldn't walk. When the doctor had said I wouldn't be able to walk for a while I had thought just some days, a week maybe turns out I wouldn't be walking for 6 weeks and now I had to be pushed around in a wheelchair. Brittney and Jose didn't seemed to mind though they had even drawn up a roster for how they would take turns pushing me around, apparently they thought it was fun.

"Hey Rell don't worry, you will be fine. If anyone laughs at you they would have to deal with me". I rolled my eyes mentally, I didn't care if anyone laughs I have had worse than that but I didn't want to be a burden on them.

"I don't want to bother you with my personal problems"

"if you keep saying that then you will have to deal with me" she said as she tugged me closer with my polo collar licking her lips seductively, my breathe hitched in my throat as my flicked from her eyes to her lips.

She came closer, her lips almost coming in contact with mine but then she pulled back but still had a grip on shirt as she smirked, "Do you understand?"

I nodded hurriedly as I gulped

"Good girl" she said coming closer once more but this time I didn't wait, I leaned closer in desperation as I kissed her, slowly engulfing her lips in mine. I felt her grin into the kiss as she pulled closer, at this point she was now sitting on my lap and my hands was tangled up in her hair. She finally pulled away with a pop, as we stared at each other trying to catch our breathe, we heard something crash to the floor and we quickly jumped apart in shock.

An awe stricken Jose stared at us in shock, "Oh God, I'm never going to recover from what I just saw. Please next time keep the PDA and lovey dovey to yourselves" he said as he hurriedly opened the door and rushed outside which caused Britt to burst laughing

Oops forgot, he was here too

"hey, wake up Rell" I groaned and used the pillow to block the voice as I turned the other way.

"Rell come on, we will be late for school. It's already 7:00am and we still have to get breakfast"

At the mention of school I jumped up, damn how did time go by so fast? I tried to rush out of bed but I ended up falling on my butt. Britt helped me up to my wheelchair as I sighed in frustration, she was already dressed and ready to go and even with my frustration I couldn't help but gawk at her.

"More brushing, less looking" she said as she handed me my brush, Beulah was not yet in school so we had the room to ourselves.

"You ready?"

"Yeah I'm" it was a big hassle putting on my uniform, and I had to use the bath tub so I wouldn't have to stand. I stretched out a protein bar to Britt, I felt sorry because now she had to babysit me.
