I want to apologize for not posting for awhile also my last chapter had typo errors I was tired and sleepy when I wrote that. Lo SientoAnother Chapter 👇👇
Britt POV
I saw as they rushed her out into the ambulance, she was unrecognizable, her skin was so pale and dry and she was really injured though what caught my attention was her lower abdomen, it was really bloody they were applying pressure to stop the bleeding.
I tried fighting through but the cops won't let me through, she caught my eye and gave me a faint smile then she tried to chuckle but ended choking on her blood. It was painful to watch as she struggled to breathe.
"Hey, Britt listen to me, calm down ok take deep breathe. Let's go to the hospital so you can get to see her" he said as nudged me to the car
Jose and the racer guy was already seated, I went over and took my seat on the shotgun as Tony drove off trailing the ambulance.

...We finally got to the hospital as we pulled into the underground lot, the drive over here was full of silence as everybody was trapped in their own bubble.
As the car halted I hurriedly got out and rushed to the entrance, Eurell was being moved to a different bed as they immediately connected her to another oxygen cylinder. Nurses and doctors hovered around her as they cleaned her up swiftly.
I immediately rushed to her but was stopped by a doctor "I'm sorry ma'am but you can't come in"
"I know ok, that's my girlfriend, let me in!" I was losing my mind
"Pls wait in the waiting room, we have to give first aid before the doctor comes to speak with you"
Tony nodded and gave him tight lipped smile as he pulled to a chair.
"Hey, relax ok, do you need another pill?" I shook my head 'no' as he gave me the 'I'm worried about you' look
I gave him a small smile as I tried to steady my breathing, I knew why he was worried. I had bad memories about hospitals but I wasn't worried about that now all I wanted was for Eurell to be ok.
...
...
..."Pls who are the family of Miss Eurell Ronald". A man on baby blue scrubs and glasses like Gandhi's came said as he looked around the waiting room
We hurried towards him
"How is she ?" I said almost immediately
"Hi, My name is Dr. Wells, we have been able to keep her stable for now but her condition is very critical and unstable. We ran a full CT scan and she has some broken ribs and broken bones in her legs and because of the shock she went through we suspect that she will have some nervous system issues, it also looks she has been starved for days so we're passing all the essential supplements she needs via fluid then there was a big gash at the side of her head which caused us to run a MRI she has a mild case of hematoma, we have called up our neurosurgeon and orthopedic surgeon and they would be here in the next hour"
At this point, it was Tony and Jose that was holding me up, as a lone tear found it way down my face.
"Can we see her?" Jose asked
"Yh you can, but pls only a short visit and one at a time we are trying to avoid anything that could worsen the situation"
Tony nodded in understanding as he turned to me, "Go ahead"
"Go up to the next floor, room 69, pls be careful a nurse will be there if anything happens, I will get back to you soon" he walked away
"Do you want me to accompany you" he said worriedly but I gave him a small smile and shook my head 'no'
I strolled out of the waiting room towards the elevator, at this point I don't even how I am walking my legs feel really heavy.
I walked into the elevator with some group of people and at the sound of the 'ding' I stepped out, I asked the receptionist for directions which she happily gave. I strolled into the IUC room, she was hooked up to different machines, she had a bandage around her head and arm, and her leg was carefully placed on the bed they were probably awaiting the orthopedic surgeon take on matter before wrapping it up, she was really pale and her lips where dry I reached forward and caressed her cheeks which were really cold.
I sighed as I noticed that her abdomen too was bandaged up, I gave her a light peck on cheeks and left the room.

...
..."The specialists are here, pls come to my office" the doctor said as he led us to his office
The said specialists were already seated, we took our respective seats as they started the discussion, the orthopedic surgeon explaining first.
"I went through the scan and have come to a conclusion, the bones of her legs her badly crushed especially the tibia and fibula, her lower back spine is also affected therefore we going into surgery and try our best to right the wrong but she may not be able to walk again"
I cut him off in panic, "what do you mean, it isn't that serious right?"
"I'm afraid it is, I do not know what she went through but my assumption was that a hard impact was made on her legs and lower back and roughly may I had, I have done a lot of surgeries like this that turned out successful but it is also important for you to be aware of the risks"
All of us silently nod in unison and turned to the neurosurgeon.
"I have gone through the MRI, she does have an hematoma a chronic dural hematoma to be exact and due to usage of blood thinning medicine like aspirin worsened the case, to treat it we would also be going into surgery, the procedure includes us drilling small holes in the skull, to drain the bloods and fluid so as to relieve pressure since her case isn't that severe she would be alright in a matter of weeks however what bothers me is the level of shock that her body took in, I am afraid it could result to tremors, blurred vision, slurred speech and so on".
"Oh my God" I let my head fall into my hands which were rested on my laps
Then the doctor in charge took over, "Before any of these surgeries can take place you need to sign a consent letter that you holding the hospital responsible for any damage done".
I sprang up heatedly, "but-
Jose quickly pulled me down as Tony cut me off, just then the door sprang open as a woman in her mid forties rushed in
"Hi, pls is this Dr. Wells office?"
The doctor spoke up, "yes, and who may you be ma'am?"
"I'm Eurell Ronald's mother I got a call that she got injured...
