"Did you hear what happened last night!?" The strawberry blonde shouted as soon as she caught up with the two other girls; now walking in sync with Sidney and Quinn.

"No, what happened?" Sidney fiddled with her fingers in worry as she gazed at the police and reporters scattered all over the schoolyard. "Casey Becker and Steve Orth were killed last night." Tatum said making Sidney's eyes go wide. Quinn perks up at this.

That explains all the police and media, this is perfect.

"And I'm not talking just shot in the head and killed instantly, no— they were slasher killed. Their insides were on the outside! Like something out of a fucking horror movie."

God, it must be Christmas or something, there's another killer in Woodsboro.

"I used to sit by Casey..." Sidney trailed off with a faraway look, Quinn rolls her eyes silently.
"Not anymore, it's bad Sid, almost as bad as... Well, it's bad." Tatum stops herself from saying something making the ravenette arch a brow.

Soon the girls made it to the front of the school dispersing into their respective classes. After about 10 minutes of trying not to get trampled on, Quinn made it to Mr. Mordecai's class. She opens the door to see two men conversing, one of them being the homeroom teacher. She pays no mind to the other one and goes to go take her seat.

"Quinn!" A sickeningly familiar voice fills the girl with dread. She turns slowly to the voice. "Hey Quinn, how are you? You never called so I got worried." The younger man had left his conversation with Mr. Mordecai who was staring at the two in confusion from behind his broad shoulders. "I'm fine intern, why are you here?" She asks with disinterest, wanting nothing more than to walk out the door.

"Oh well today's career day, and since all of you are seniors they have people of different professions come in and talk about their line of work so we can give you guys an idea of what's available." The brunette man explained with a smile. "But you're an intern, you have little to no experience." She spat. "Ah well—"

"Is he giving you trouble, Quinn?" Mr. Mordecai had intervened, slightly pushing the younger man out of the way, looking down at the girl with concern evident in his gaze. "No, it's fine sir." She waves a dismissive hand towards Mr. Mordecai causing him to narrow his eyes.

"If you don't mind me asking how do you two know each other?" Mr. Mordecai looks back and forth between the two with a strained smile. The intern glances at the girl. "When I got in a car crash he was the one assigned to me at the hospital." She explained. Mr. Mordecai's forced smile fell instantly and was replaced with one of extreme worry. "W-Wait, that was you who got in the crash— That explains the scars.. Are you alright?!" Mr. Mordecai suddenly pressed a hand to her cheek and inspected the scars that slashed her face. This sudden display of affection made one tall, charismatic, boy in the back of the class to grind his teeth and burn holes into his teacher's skull in pure rage.
