Chapter 22

The plane jostles back and forth waking me from my sleep.

Opening my eyes I see that my arms are wrapped around Caden's torso and my face is buried into his sweet smelling neck.

Mhmmmm

I leave a little kiss on his throat before I pull away and stretch my arms above my head shaking out my hand because it went to sleep.

I turn toward Caden and see him looking at me with a happy little grin on his face.

"What?"

He just shrugs his shoulders but doesn't get rid of the baby grin.

Looking around the airplane I see that most everybody is sleeping or watching a movie on their little screen.

Needing to pee I stand up and tell Caden to let me out.

"You gonna be ok?" He ask while letting me walk past him.

"Could you stand outside the door?"

"Yeah, baby."

He stands up with me and we both walk over toward the bathrooms.

I open the door and breath out a breath.

Walking in I close the door but don't lock it.

I know that Caden Is out side the door and will protect me.

Using the bathroom as fast as I could I rush out the bathroom once I finish washing my hands.

I breath in deep breaths and see Caden looking at me with sad eyes.

I glare at him because he knows I hate when he looks at me with pity.

"Don't look at me like that, Caden."

"Like what?"

"Like you pity me."

His eyes go hard and he walk closer to me.

Leaning down he pulls my face closer to his and whispers in my ear.

"I don't pity you Kasey, not for one fucking second. you are the strongest fucking person that I know. The things that happened to you when you were little was obviously bad. But you wouldn't be the person you are today if that bad shit didn't happen. I would have never meet you, and I would have never found the love of my life."

My eyes go wide and my bottom jaw fucking drops.

"What did you just say?"

He pulls back from me and looks at me with soft eyes.

"I love you so fucking much Kasey. I'm sorry that it took so long for me to say that but I'm in love with you."

My eyes begin to water and lower lips begins to tremble.

"Don't cry baby."

Launching my body at him I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss his beautiful lips.

"I love you Caden"

He smiles into my lips and pulls me into him even more.

"Excuse me, if you would please take your seats. There will be some slight turbulence."

We do as she asks and head over toward our seats.

I wipe away the tears the fell from the corner of my eyes and sniffle.

We both sit down and I take his hand in mine.

"So you don't love me like a daughter?"

"No baby, I love you like your my wife, like your mine."

"I am yours, I've always been yours."

Leaning in I kiss Caden softly.

Nuzzling my nose into his neck I close my eyes and press my lips to his throat, filling his pulse, calming me.

We both go back to sleep until the pilot comes over the intercom and tells us that we are about to land.

Me and Caden grab our over head bags and are the first people off the plane and in no time we are in a Uber heading toward our hotel that I also booked.

Of course not in our real names.

We finally make it to the hotel about 20 minutes later with little to no traffic, which is weird because it's New York.

We check in and head up to our room which has to be the most beautiful hotel room I have ever seen.

But no time for that we need to meet up with Travis in a couple of hours.

Over the couple of hours that we had before meeting up with Travis we make sure our plan is full proof and then head out the door.

Me and Caden holds hands while walking to the park.

Which I fucking love!

When we get there I can already see Travis and his best man beside him.

Travis smiles at the both of us and looks down at where our hands are combined.

"I'm glad it finally happened, both of you deserve to be happy."

My whole face lights up and so does Caden's.

"Thank you Trav."

He nods his head and then everything goes serious.

"Alright let do this shit."
