He hasn't told Mark what happened. He just shrugged it off and told him he had stomach problems, at first it seemed like it was hard to make him believe his lies but he's so good at it that he started to believe it too.

One of his issues he couldn't stop with

Telling detailed lies so he starts to believe it too, the thing that bothered him wasn't the fact that he lied, it was about the fact that he could add so many things that he , the one who knows the truth , starts to believe it too. That nothing to be proud of but it was his way to avoid his problems.

That's all he did and no one really noticed

He wanted to get noticed so bad.
It was a challenge for years , how bad can it get before someone sees.

He couldn't really understand what made Haechan lie to him, but he probably isn't gonna let it sit for that long.

He noticed the dark eye bags that grew day from day, he also noticed his thin wrists.
he knew they were thin anyways, but the change was more then obvious to him
But he learned as a kid that he shouldn't point out flaws from other people. Those who might have problems taking these words not on the personal way might as well get violent.

He knew Haechan wouldn't , but he didn't knew how he would react. What would he do ?

He couldn't. He couldn't bare the thought on it, may sounds stupid for some but he filled something in Mark no one did before and even if it's classic and cheesy ,he had to admit it to himself some time soon
