THOR POV:

After the battle of New York, I returned to Asgard with Loki and the tesseract. The nine realms were in chaos. There was no way I was getting back to Earth as quickly as I originally hoped. I thought of Amara, and how I would be letting her down. I needed to tell her that I chose her and I would always choose her. Unfortunately, it would have to wait.

Father sentenced Loki to life in a prison cell in the Asgardian dungeons. Lady Sif, and the Warriors Three helped me conquer the war's and threat's against the nine realms within a couple of month's time. At least that's how much time passed by for me. As we returned home after the battle of Vanaheim, there was a great feast. I desperately tried to enjoy the party, but the one person I wished to come home to, was not here. I left the party and crossed the newly restored rainbow bridge towards the Bifrost.

"I sensed you would be coming to see me." Heimdall spoke without even turning to look at me.

"I see the Tesseract served you well in restoring the bridge." I stated.

"Yes, it served it's purpose and is now safely locked away in the weapons vault once again. But I assume this is not the reason you came to see me today." Heimdall shook his head.

"Indeed not. How is she doing?" I asked and watched as Heimdall's eye's glowed a golden yellow.

"Jane Foster, searches the cosmos for you. She is very bright young woman." Heimdall said as he smiled at me.

"That's actually not who I was referring to. I know you saw what happened on earth. I found her. Your niece." I stated. Heimdall sighed and looked at me.

"I keep watch over her, as I have every day since the day she left. I know I'm not supposed to interfere, but I had to send her that sword. I had to teach her how to start using her gift's. She's of age now that the barrier holding them back has started to weaken. Considerably faster that we thought, which is rather strange. Amara was certainly a valuable asset to your team on Earth." He said as he looked down towards the earth.

"I figured the sword I watched her so brilliantly use, was of Asgard. Amara was quite brilliant wasn't she? She's grown to be a beautiful young woman, Heimdall. I promised her that I would speak about a visit. But, I wish to bring her home permanently." I looked at him as he lifted his head to me.

"You know, I sent that mortal to care for her... I could see the goodness in his heart. He cared about her and she has been absolutely devastated since the loss of him. I only wanted happiness for her, for her to be safe. And even after the loss of her father and finding out she's not of Midgard, she did not wish to come home." Heimdall pointed out.

"Heimdall, she was scared. A lot happened to her in a very short amount of time. She would be very happy to know you. I'm sure of that. Do you think it possible for her to come home? If that's what she so chose?" I asked curiously.

"I would like nothing more then to allow her home. I, however, cannot guarantee that your Father, the King, will agree." Heimdall explained. We both paused for a moment. "I must tell you. As the Gate Keeper to the nine realms, I think Amara would be very lucky to have you. As her Uncle and sole blood family member left. I will suggest you do not hurt her." He raised his brow at me. I let out a thundering laugh and quickly noticed he did not reciprocate.

"Oh. Right. I promise you Heimdall, I would never do anything to intentionally hurt her. So, how is she now?" I smiled proudly.

"She is sad. For her father, I think. But I'm sure there's more she misses. I'm not sure you'd exactly like what she's doing..." He explained and I frowned. But before I could ask, Heimdall's face turned distressed. "You have another problem Prince of Asgard. The Midgardian woman, Jane has disappeared. I cannot see her."
