Thor had been granted by Odin for me to stay on Asgard, so long as we didn't stay long. He also really didn't want to see me. We were fine with those conditions. Though, we both couldn't help but find it curious. I never got to see Odin anyway as we only stayed one night each time we arrived. And from there we went on a journey through the realms.

The Mind Stone was safe on Earth, the Aether was with a man named the Collector. When we met him he was certainly a freaky man, who wanted to buy me. Thor and I quickly got out of there. The Space stone, or the Tesseract was safe on Asgard. The Power Stone was on Xander, a very different, but beautiful planet. Now the only two we couldn't seem to find was the Time Stone or the Soul Stone. We'd been searching for ages. And it felt like and we were no closer than when we started. It had been two almost three earth years for us that Thor and I had been searching together. Nearly five years total that we had been together.

Thor's beard had grown a bit longer and scruffier in our time searching the universe. His hair was longer. My brown hair had grown longer to. I felt more connected with myself than ever before and maybe that was to do with the frequented trips to Asgard. Though, it's been about a year since we last returned home. Thor has been being plagued by nightmares. They kept him up at night making him thrash around violently. I'd figured out how to use my power over the mind to help him sleep.

But soon they started effecting me too. Fire and Ash just like the vision once showed us. Asgard our home being sent up in smoke. At the center of them all was Surtur, the fire demon. We had switched our search from Infinity Stones to stopping the destruction of Asgard. Given his possible where about's we decided we were going to investigate and take him down.

"You're not coming with me." Thor stated firmly.

"Are you insane? I most definitely am coming with you. I'm not about to let you go fight a fire demon all by yourself." I scoffed with a smirk. "Where's the fun in that?"

"This is not fun, Amara." Thor sighed trying to hide his smile. "It's dangerous."

"It's not anymore dangerous than what we've been doing already." I said placing my hand on his stubbly cheek. Thor sighed and leaned into my touch.

"You hold my heart you know that?" He chuckled. "If you die, I don't know what I would do."

"Well, the same goes for you, my heart." I chuckled and our foreheads pushed together, taking each other in. "I love you. Are you ready to go get captured by fire demons?"

"And I love you. This shall be but another adventure." Thor nodded.

Thor quickly pecked my lips and we entered the fire demon territory. Just like we thought we were quickly surrounded. We put up a fake fight and easily got ourselves captured. They wrapped us in chains and tossed us down a hole near by. We crashed down to the bottom looking around to see nothing but cave walls. It was so hot down here, like what you would image hell felt like. We were stuck in there for what felt like days. It had to have been at least three by now. I felt the heat getting to me, it was like my brain was swimming.

"Now, I know what you're thinking. Oh no! Thor's and Amara are in a cage. How did this happen?" Thor sighed as he spoke to himself. I internally chuckled not wanting to interrupt his inner monologue. "Well, sometimes you have to get captured just to get a straight answer our of somebody. It's a long story, but basically I'm a bit of a hero. So is she." He nudged me and I chuckled. "See, we spent some time on earth, fought some robots, saved the planet a couple of times. Then we went searching through the cosmos for some magic, colorful Infinity Stone things. Didn't find any."

"Didn't find all of them." I pointed out interrupting him and he chuckled.

"Right, right. Didn't find all of them. That's when we came across a path of death and destruction which led me all the way here into this cage. Where we met you." Thor looked up at the skeleton that laid across from us inside the cage. It's mouth fell from it's body almost like it was gasping. Which would have normally been ironically funny but the cage started to creak.
