I giggled quietly while Hook stood there flabbergasted, his eyes widened and jaw clenching.

"Oh, you act so surprised. I am capable of much more than you're aware of, as you will soon find out."

The captain gulped then mumbled,"Don't do this." He reached out for his sword, and I quickly moved it in such a way that it cut the skin of his throat. I giggled while a small amount of blood accumulated around the wound. He gasped, and I almost felt bad for him. But then I decided he deserved worse punishment, so I slit his throat completely so he would be sure to die.

Before he fell completely backwards, I grabbed his by the collar and whispered in his ear,"Promise me that you will let me stay on this ship and go on adventures with you. I never want to go home again. If you promise me this, I will save you." I didn't realize how desperate I sounded until the words left my lips, but I was feeling very alone.

I was desperate for the home I once knew and the people I once loved. But looking back on my life, I realize that none of them cared. They saw me as a silly little girl and nothing else. I wanted to adventure and become something more than a house kitten, but Cheshire kept me from doing that. I never want to see his nor the Hatter's stupid faces again.

Hook struggled through the blood filling up his throat, but he managed to gasp in a hoarse voice,"I Promise."

Without wasting any time, I put him on the ground and waved my hand over the huge wound I had created. I thought about how much I cared about Hook, even though I had just arrived and he was treating me badly. Through his angry front, I could tell that he was just a nice man who had his life screwed up. Before I knew it, his throat was healed and Killian was gasping for air. I leaned back and whispered,"Better?" while he looked at me with those blue eyes.

He slowly leaned himself up, putting his hands on the floor and leaning back slightly. "Better," He smiled. The he leaned quite close to my face and asked me, licking his lips once again,"I have many questions for you, darling. Are you willing to answer them?"

I decided that it would be best to start trusting someone, even though he was a pirate, so I hesitantly answered,"Yes, if we are to start trusting each other, that would probably be wise."

Killian nodded his head in thanks and began to thoughtful scratch his beard. "What are you?"

I sighed, knowing this would be the first question he would ask. "Please, don't freak out,"I stated as I reached for the bow around my neck. Pulling on one of the strings, the bow came undone and fell to the ground. Hook's eyebrows knitted together as he held the ribbon in his hand, looking from it to me. "You're.... you're... part cat?" He was flabbergasted.

"Yes, yes,"I nodded my head,"I am part cat. My older brother is the Cheshire Cat. I'm the Cheshire Kitten." Killian began laughing histarically. :"Your were that damn cat! I knew there was something about you... My, you are a clever one!" He ruffled my hair while coming to tears from his laughter.

I only giggled and began fixing my hair, trying to calm the butterflies in my stomach. Killian makes me feel so frazzled and out of sorts. Even just him ruffling my hair made my face heat up and my heart beat abnormal.

Once he finally quieted down from his laughter, he asked more questions.

"I've heard of the Cheshire Cat, even had a run in with him once. Nice cat, but a bit odd and even rude. Strangely enough, I have never heard about you before. Why is that?"

I huffed with anger. "Chesh always wanted the spot light and I was always left in the shadows. Sometimes it felt as if Chesh was always trying to keep me hidden, like I was a disgrace or something. Then again, I guess I just wasn't beautiful or lively enough for the public, so no one was ever interested in getting to know me. I've always resented him for it..."

Hook bit his lip and put his left hand on mine, expressing his sympathy. "Darling, you certainly seem lively and beautiful enough to me. He sounds like an attention hog. I can't believe a treasure like you could be hidden." Realizing what he said, Hook quickly pulled away his hand and changed the subject. "So how did you get here? Doesn't the cat live in Wonderland?"

Standing up and walking over to the opposite end of the room, I faced away from Hook so he wouldn't see my hurt. I wish he hadn't pulled away like that. It only confirms that I'm as ugly as I've felt my whole life. Pretending to be interested in something else, I nonchalantly answered,"Yes, he does live in Wonderland. I used to, but I ran away the other day and found a magical rock that could teliport me anywhere. So I ended up here. Still don't know the name of this place, though...."

Killian also stood up and picked up the sword. "You are in the Enchanted Forest, love. Much like Wonderland but with less... Wonder. Put there is plenty of adventure, if that's what your wondering. I will take you on adventures, but I still have another question; Can I trust you to not do anything stupid? Some of these adventures are dangerous and I need you to follow my orders to you don't get injured, or worse yet, get me killed."

I scoffed at his remarks and answered,"I am a young girl who was kidnapped and drugged by pirates, and I managed to escape from their jail and kill their Captain. I think I can manage myself, thank you very much."

Killian seemed to get upset by this because he quickly tuned to me with his teeth clenched as he yelled,"Fine then! But don't expect me to help you out of whatever stupid situation you get yourself into!"

I turned to him, my eyes watering from his sudden outburst. And I thought we could have been allies. Stupid! Stupid! To think that someone could actually want to be friends with you.... I should just leave. End this before it hurts too much.

I roared back through my tears,"I am not stupid! I am sick and tired of people telling me who I can and cannot be and what I can and cannot do! Your no worse than those monsters back at Wonderland!"

Without waiting for his response, I rushed to the door and slammed it open. "That not what I meant!", Hook yelled,"Get back he-" I shut the door before he could finish. Using a special float walking spell, I flew over the ship and the pirates trying to grab at me while I escaped. Landing on the docks, I turned back to look at the ship. Killian was yelling for his men to grab me with a desperate look on his face. While it saddened me to leave him, I knew I would only be the monster in his way if we ever had any future adventures. I thought of the tavern I had been to when I first arrived here and spun around three times, each time moving closer and closer to the location I was thinking off. Opening my eyes, I found myself just outside the tavern, a ways away from the docks. Looking around, I asked a kind old lady walking in front of me,"Excuse me, but do you recommend anywhere to stay here?" The lady smiled at me and answered,"The Five Orks Inn is the best! Stay safe, little kitten." Touching my face, I remembered that I didn't have my disguise on anymore. Oh well, no one here seemed fazed by it, so why bother?

Reaching into my pocket to make sure the ribbon was there in case I were to need it in the future I found my pockets empty. That's when I remembered; Killian Jones still had the ribbon. And if I didn't want him finding me, that's the last thing he should have.

Blimey.
