First of all, it's okay to feel unmotivated. You can't be motivated constantly. We all have off days or just periods of time where we don't feel like doing certain things. For that matter, if you ever feel unmotivated, I'd tell you not to try to shift. Shifting if always more effective when you have a positive mindset. Having said that, you can still shift even if you don't have the motivation anymore. Also, it doesn't mean you can't use negative emotions productively. Nevertheless, it's not sustainable.
There are plenty of ways for you to motivate yourself. Make a playlist with songs that remind you of your DR, complete your script, watch movies or edits, ... anything really.
Fears and doubts
It's normal to have fears and doubts! Scratch that. It's human. We always have fears and doubts, that's perfectly okay. In truth I think no one completely believes in shifting until they shift. No need to beat yourself up about not being 100% sure it's real, it still exists.
