The Shifting Cycle

Bear in mind this is just a theory for now. I think that in order for you to shift you have to go through a process. Let me elaborate. There are multiple phases. When you first find out about shifting and try to shift, you have this giddy feeling, you have no worries and more often than not, you are doing it for fun, without overthinking it. The "lucky" ones get to shift during those first tries, but this is only phase one. After this, comes phase two, where you start researching things about shifting, where you look for new methods, you write a script, etc., and you are still very motivated. Then, if you still haven't shifted, comes phase three. This is the part where doubts frequently settle in, this phase occurs after a few months of trying without satisfying results. You lose your motivation and feel like giving up. There might still be times during this part where you get a rush of motivation and try to put it to good use, but until you change your mindset, you are still stuck in this third phase. Finally, comes phase four. This is the part where everything changes. You either, completely give up or you come to terms with the fact that you will shift, even if it isn't on your own terms. Which means, you decide to trust the divine timing of the Universe or if you don't believe in this, you just trust the process. P.S.: again, this cycle is super personal, hence, you can jump from phase one to phase four if you have the right mindset from the start.

For me, mindset is essential. If you don't change your mindset, you might still be able to shift but it might also take a toll on you, and we don't want that. Instead, allow yourself the time to understand how this process works and believe in yourself, as well as in your shifting skills.
