Ruv and I stayed in the library for a while. I couldn't give an exact time, considering I had lost track somewhere halfway through Ruv's peaceful lesson. The entire room held a ominous aura, but it was intended to be a calming feeling instead.

I held my full attention on Ruv's lesson throughout the entire time he held me there. The lessons weren't too hard, even though this was just my first time. Although, I was determined to learn this language entirely. Not once did Ruv mention the name of the language.

I did learn, that the language was close to English. Most of the letters just had an extra lisp added to them. With H's, a S was added. With A's, a Y was added. The language wouldn't be all that hard to understand when hearing it.

However, the hand written version was completely different. Ruv had taught me that the writing and intended design of the letters was supposed to resemble English letters, but with a twist. Literally. Each and every letter looked like it was in a fancy font. (Writing is chapter banner + Alphabetical Order)

Ruv first taught me how to read the writing. He'd write out a few simple words, and have me guess what they said. I wasn't the best at it, but I was getting better. I could read a few words. Ruv took the words that I had figured out pretty quickly, and he took that to the understanding part of lesson.

"Y/N." Ruv broke me out of my thoughts. I blinked a few times, and then looked up to the man. He had stood up from where he was previously sitting. I held his phone in his hand, and stared back at me.

"Sarv sent me a message. She's on her way back to the church." He shoved the phone into his jacket pocket, and closed the book in his hand, shutting it quickly. It made a light slamming sound, and dust shot out of it.

I nodded to him, acknowledging that we needed to leave. He turned away from me, and walked back to the staircase. He pushed the book back into its case as he passed by. Once Ruv was up the stairs, and out of sight, I took the opportunity to explore just a bit more.

I could only be down here for about a minute longer. Had to make the best of the time.

I darted my eyes around the room, trying to make a quick decision. A bright pink light caught my attention. It was behind a book shelf, so I walked closer. Once I rounded the corner, the light came into view.

It was an old fashioned book. Its covers were extremely old, and the pink light came from a pentagram in the center of the cover. I bit the inside of my lip, and look around the shelf, to the staircase. I saw Ruv's shadow.

I quickly stuffed the book back onto its shelf, and went back to the my spot. I pretended to search for my phone, since that was the only thing on me that I could have lost. I rummaged through the pillows on the chair, and looked under it as well.

"What're you looking for?" I got up from looking under the chair, and onto my knees. I turned around, and looked up to Ruv. I held my hand up to him, with my phone in it. It had some dust on it from me sticking it under the chair, but that was fine. Easy thing to clean.

"I was looking for my phone. It fell out of my pocket." I replied simply. I stood up, facing Ruv. He narrowed his eyes at me. It was a bit intimidating, but I tried to stay calm. I bit my lower lip, just as he turned away from me, and huffed.

"C'mon. Sarv should be back any minute now." He spoke as he started to walk out of the basement. I trailed behind him, like a puppy. I followed Ruv all the way back into the living room, where the TV was still playing F/S. Surprised it had been on that long.

"I'm back you two!" I heard the church door slam as Sarv's heels clicked against the marble floors of the church. Sarv dashed into the living room, with a bright smile on her face. She seemed happier than usual, so I was intrigued.
