Not even 10 minutes into the movie, Sarv turned to me, and said something to me. I wasn't able to understand it, considering how loud the movie was. All I did was nod, hoping that would make it seem like I heard her. I could see her turn away from me, and back to the movie screen.
I reached my hand into the candy bag, and shoved a few pieces into my mouth. I immediately felt more relaxed, and started to get developed into the storyline. However, the storyline did seem a bit darker, and I wouldn't have expected Sarv to like something like this. After all, she was the one that picked out the movie.
However, I felt as if I shouldn't have been surprised. Everyone has one thing that people wouldn't expect about them. I guess for Sarv's happy appearance, she liked some darker things. Ruv had his love for reading, but that didn't seem as odd. I had my love for F/H (fav hobby). I had found the love for it recently, and never thought I'd be interested in it.
Even though I had gotten a lot of sleep last night, I still felt like I could fall asleep at the moment. While the atmosphere I was in was pretty calm, the movie was extremely loud. The occasional popcorn, bags, and drinks didn't really help either. However, I did get a few seconds of silence every so often.
I felt like a little kid at the movies for a moment. Sitting in between my two parents, eating candy, and falling asleep halfway through the movie. Being a kid was where our greatest memories came from, whether they're negative or positive. It shapes who we are, and moments like these could play a big role.
I shoved some more candy into my mouth subconsciously, and my eye lids become heavy. I frowned, not wanting to fall asleep. I was actually pretty interested in the story. If I fell asleep, I would miss the last half of it. The last half of movies was always the best. It was where everything finally happened, and the main character started resolving their problems.
I quietly yawned, thankfully catching no one's attention. I looked around, seeing that everyone was focused on the movie, or on their phones. I sighed, leaning my head into the chair. I shut my eyes, only then focusing on my breathing. Focusing on something other than my surroundings drowned out the noise, allowing me to somehow fall asleep in this chaos.
Ruv's POV:
The movie had my attention fully. It was extremely interesting. I haven't felt this interested in a movie since Y/N showed up. Sure, they added multiple new enjoyments and problems into my life. However, just the thought that Y/N was the reason I was enjoying things more was a little farfetched.
I rested my arm on the seat's arm, and dropped my head into my hand. I shut my eyes for a few seconds, just to focus on the noises around me. I was able to hear the fighting of two characters in the movie, people giggling, drinking, eating, and even someone breathing. I opened my eyes, thinking that it was strange that I was able to hear someone breathing so closely. I leaned forward, getting a view of Sarv and Y/N.
Sarv was happy as ever. Her eyes were wide, with a great amount of interest toward the movie. She clearly hadn't noticed my gaze yet. She was too invested in the movie anyways. Which was a good thing. Y/N on the other hand, was not watching the movie. I only then felt the small weight of something against my arm. I leaned back into my chair slowly, and looked down.
Y/N's smaller frame was rested against me. I didn't know whether to make a face of disgust, or feel embarrassed. I felt a mix of the two I guess. I felt a bit disgusted at the fact that them sleeping against me was so random, and unwanted. But another part of me wanted to be near them. Whether this be physical touch or just their presence.
I silently sighed, needing to distract myself from Y/N. Their gentle touch to my arm had flustered me a bit. The "funny feeling" pulsed through me, and it was hard to try and distract myself. I almost didn't want to. I pushed myself to tear my gaze away from Y/N, and succeeded.
