I wasn't able to fall asleep that night, so we opted for something else. Sarv wanted to play some board games, and I happily agreed. It took a bit of convincing to get Ruv onboard. Once we did however, he was more than happy to play, and seemed a bit competitive at times. It made my heart flutter, knowing that Ruv was passionate about another thing. I didn't know whether to challenge him more, or let him win the games.
I made my decision, and we continued to play board games. As Ruv continued to win, Sarv was getting playfully upset. She started challenging Ruv, instead of me doing so. A lot of laughing, and anger was passed around the table as we continuously sabotaged each other, and reached goals in the game.
Sarv picked up the dice, tossing it down on the table. She rolled a 4, almost reaching the end of the game. One more roll, and she one. I took the dice from her, and let it peacefully roll off my fingers. It landed on a 6, and I moved my piece forward the given number's amount. I was now 2 spots away. No way I was winning the game now.
I looked over to Ruv, with a light pleading look, laced with reassurance. I was basically counting on him to win this. I had made a deal before the game that if Sarv won, I would have to do some sort of dare, and if she lost, I got to sleep in the bed tomorrow night.
Ruv's piece was 4 away, and he furrowed his brows, looking at the dice in his hand, hoping he'd get lucky. The dice landed on a 3, making Ruv lightly slam his fist on the table. Sarv evilly laughed, and I groaned. Ruv sighed, and didn't bother moving his piece. Sarv snatched the dice, and rolled a 6, even though she only needed 1.
She triumphantly moved her piece forward, and stood up, placing her hands on her hips. She grinned down at me, mischievously. I frowned, standing up to face Sarv. She took one of her hands, and placed it on my shoulder. I let my pose relax, as she bent down to whisper the dare to me.
"You have to get Ruv to hug you."
She giggled as she pulled away from me, standing up straight. I stood there, with a surprised expression on my face. I felt like getting Ruv to do that would be near impossible. If I managed it, Sarv better have something in store for me.
I sighed, and glared up at her, with my eyes squinted, and my brows furrowed. All she did was laugh at me, and look from me to Ruv. I looked to Ruv, who had a brow raised, clearly confused. I was not even going to try at the moment. From the crazy events that happened, I'd try the next day.
I huffed, and leaned over the table, bringing all of the pieces together. I folded the board, while Ruv grabbed the game's box off of the ground. He opened the lid, as I dropped everything into the box, organizing the items as they were placed down. Ruv shut the box, and stood up, turning away from me and Sarv. He walked out of the room, to go put the game away.
"Well. That's that." Sarv brushed her hands together, acting like she was cleaning them of dust. She wiped her hands on her shirt, and turned to me, with a blank expression. Rare to see one of those. Although, I could perfectly see how tired she was. She rubbed one of her eyes, and yawned.
"I'm going to bed. Care to join me?" Sarv asked. She held her hand out jokingly, as a small smile was placed on her face. I could hear Ruv in the other room, rummaging around in the closet. I turned to the living room's open doorway, and looked through it, trying to see if I could see Ruv. No success.
"Not yet." I replied to Sarv. She nodded, turning away from me, and walking through the living room doorway, waving to me. "Night Y/N." She called as she disappeared from my vision.
I sighed, falling back onto the couch. Tonight had been chaotic, and I really didn't feel like spending the time to walk to the bedroom. I could just sleep on the couch. Besides, the couch was much more comfortable than the sleeping bag Sarv gave me. No offense to her of course.
