I just had a baby. All by myself. I did it. My sweet baby girl. Ophelia. I'm so proud of myself. But the hard part starts today. Alone. _______________________________ @myaissleepy

@myaissleepy: 3 months my sweet girl🥹❤️ ____________________________ She has her 3 month appointment today, So we'll get to meet her primary pediatrician. Apparently he's one of the best in the state. and he's a surgeon. He must be good to do both...right?
Once we get to the office i take her inside filling out a few papers until a nurse calls us taking us to a room.
"You ready phe phe? I think we're gonna like him."
She just looks at me with wide eyes and i smile a bit putting her pacifier in her mouth. _______________________________
Almost 20 minutes there's a knock on the door
"Come in."
Her doctor comes in closing the door behind himself and I smile a bit looking at him.
"Hi, I'm Mya. This is Ophelia."
He nods looking her chart over and I read his nametag nodding to myself.
"Dr Min?"
He nods quickly before setting the chart down and lifting her car seat up onto the table
Yoongi: Please just call me yoongi. Dr. Min makes this all feel so real. I love my job. It's a dream most days. Also I apologize for taking so long, I had a runaway 4 year old trying to escape his flu shots.
"Oh no it's fine. It's okay."
Yoongi: Alright then. Are you okay with me taking her out or would you rather do it.
"I'll do it."
I take her out of her car seat holding her and he smiles rubbing her cheek gently
Yoongi: Hi ophelia~ You look so happy that's good sweetheart. Now look, you're gonna get a little mad at me and mom, we gotta take your outfit off, and trust me, i don't wanna take it off you, I think it's the cutest little outfit i've ever seen on a little baby. But it's gotta come off so we can get your weight and length. Is that cool with you?
She just looks at him of course and he takes her from my arm slowly making sure it's alright with me and he takes her outfit off leaving her in her diaper and she starts to cry
Yoongi: Heyyyy! I thought we agreed this was cool. Come on let's get on the scale and get length so we can put that nice outfit back on. yea? Let's do it sweetheart.
He lays her on the scale rubbing her stomach to calm her down and he gets her weight quickly straightening her legs to take her length before bringing her back to the table and dressing her quickly.
Yoongi: See! You're all nice and warm again. No big deal right? Now...this is gonna make you a little more mad, but i hope we can still be good friends after this appointment. We gotta get some shots today. Only if mama says yes though. There's the flu shot, polio, rotavirus, hepB, and pneumococcal. You can say no to anything okay? Just tell me.
