Getting ready for the business party wasn't that easy. He couldn't get out of the house in suit while Kit was there so he called Off for help. He quickly got dressed while Off was distracting Kit with small talks and got out of the house. Phana was waiting for him at the crosswalk and as soon as he was seated inside, he texted Off informing him he had escaped successfully.

"Wow Mew, you look dashing today."

"Thank you Phi." Mew blushed at the compliment.

"Relax. It's just a party. You don't have to do anything. Gulf will handle it all."

"Okay."

Mew had been stressing over this since yesterday. He had never been to a party, let alone a business party. He wasn't sure what he was actually supposed to do or how he should act their. And on top of that, things weren't smooth between Gulf and him. He was worried that he would mess up and anger Gulf. There would be many rich and affluent people and he knew he didn't belong with then. It made him feel inferior.

They arrived at Gulf's apartment and Phana left for the office. Mew took a deep breath and rang the bell. Gulf opened the door and without looking at Mew went inside to get ready. Mew stayed quiet and sat on the couch. He had been here before yet he was again mesmerized with the interior. It was something he could only imagine and never have. Gulf came out after 15 minutes and it took Mew few seconds to realize he was blatantly staring at him. But he couldn't be blamed, Gulf looked edible.

"Stop staring at me like you wanna eat me

"Stop staring at me like you wanna eat me."

"Can't I?" Mew mentally berated himself for blurting that out.

Gulf was taken aback at that response but still he maintained his composure. He was just teasing Mew to lighten the mood but the way Mew had replied while staring at him like that was a bit overwhelming. He cleared his throat and proceeded to the car outside. Gulf got in the backseat with Mew and asked the driver to start the car. For few minutes both of them were silent since neither knew what to say to the other.

"Mew, I want to apologize for what happened between us that time."

"It's okay."

"I assure you it won't happen again. It was quite insensitive of me to talk about your brothers like that when I don't even know them. I'm sorry for that."

"It's fine."

Mew looked at Gulf and there wasn't even an ounce of emotion on his face. It has always been like that between them. Gulf had always been self assured and closed off. He didn't come across as cold or rude most of the times but even when he was being friendly or polite, the emotion looked misplaced on him. Gulf had always apologized to him for whatever he thought he did wrong and had been extremely polite towards him since the beginning but Mew felt it wasn't like him.

The side of Gulf he had witnessed at that time was something he couldn't forget even if he tried. When Gulf let go of control, he looked really beautiful. The way Gulf had surrendered to him was intoxicating. Mew was so lost in his thoughts he didn't realize he was biting his lips as he gazed at Gulf.
