"Um...... Nothing." Gulf said nervously as he inched away from Mew.
"Gulf, what did you just say?" Mew enunciated each word with enough force to make Gulf question everything.
Mew didn't look happy like you would imagine someone would after getting confessed to though it wasn't a charming confession perse but still the hard look in his eyes and clenched fists we're enough indication for Gulf to realize his feelings weren't reciprocated. He regretted letting it out while they were in this predicament. He should have first cleared up issues regarding the contract they had then he should have let Mew know about this gently while showing him that he meant every word.
"I think you should leave now." Gulf said while looking for his clothes.
"No, I'm not leaving until you clear this up. What are you plotting now?"
"I'm not plotting anything."
Mew mocked him, "Oh really? You expect me to believe you?"
"Mew-"
"You manipulated the contract and then even went as far as telling my family about this. You think just because you are rich you can do anything you want and expect me to be okay with it. Let me tell you I won't take your crap anymore."
Mew's words were hurting him a lot but he understood why Mew was being like this. He shouldn't have said that he had manipulated the contract. That was stupid thing to say. Now Mew hated him for that even when he hadn't done it. He needed to clear it up before things got more complicated.
"Mew, about the contract-"
"Yes, about that it wasn't stated that I had to f*** you so will I be paid extra?"
Gulf could feel tears pooling in his eyes. Their love making was special to him and the way Mew talked about it made him feel cheap.
"Why are you talking like that? It's not about contract anymore."
"Why? It's all about that damn contract. I admit I was stupid enough to actually sign it but I didn't expect you to act like a little bitch."
"Mew, stop this. You can't insult me like this."
"Why? Because of you my brother is angry with me. He shouted at me when he has never done that before. I could see in his eyes how much this had hurt him. He felt betrayed. I had a fight with him because of you."
"I'm sorry for that. I just thought I should explain it to him so that he won't misunderstand you. I didn't mean to cause you any trouble."
"Stop with your charade. I won't fall for it."
"I am not lying. I only did that because I like you."
"What? Oh god, you really are something else."
Gulf said earnestly, "I mean it. I really like you that's why I wanted to explain the situation to your brother before we moved ahead."
Mew laughed at that, "You actually think I'll like you back? Seriously? Are you stupid or something? We're just pretending. Did you actually fall for me? I don't believe you. Wasn't this contract just a way for you to spread your legs? If you were so desperate you should have gone to some club or payed someone to do that to you. I'm sure many would do you for free. Or the only way anyone would spend time with you is when you pay them?"
"Mew, why won't you believe me? I understand that you are angry with me but you're crossing the line."
"I thought we had crossed it long ago. You came onto me thinking I was some naive college student. You thought you could take advantage of me by using my brother but guess what? You were wrong."
"That wasn't my intention."
"I know all about your intention. Don't try to fool me. You acted all high and mighty but in reality you were just needy desperate b****. Do people around you know how eager you are to submit to others? You have this tough guy attitude but it's all just a facade."
Gulf could feel his heart break as Mew kept saying harsh things which he knew he kinda deserved to some extent but Mew was being cruel right now. He had only let Mew see this vulnerable side of his, this submissive part of him had only been for Mew and here Mew was throwing it all in his face, calling him names when all he wanted was to hug him. He hadn't expected this reaction. He knew Mew would be angry but he had thought he could make him see that Gulf's feelings were sincere.
"Mew, please stop this. I mean it when I say that I like you. I had no intention of fooling you in any way."
"Stop saying that. I don't like you at all. Why would I like someone like you? All you have is money."
"Then why did you sleep with me?"
"Because you were desperate for it. All you are good for is s**. It didn't mean anything to me. As for today I only wanted to show you your place after the ruckus you had caused at my home."
"Was Kit that angry with you?"
"Don't you dare take my brother's name. You had ruined so much for me so don't try to act innocent. I can finally see what sort of man you are."
"Mew-"
"Don't ever try to contact me or my family. I'll mess you up pretty bad. I want you out of my life."
With that said Mew left Gulf sitting there sobbing hysterically. He couldn't believe it had ended this badly. He didn't understand why was Kit that angry with Mew when he had acted fine in front of Gulf. He had thought it would all be okay now but it was worse than before. Mew's harsh words were still ringing in his head. It made him self conscious and pitiful. He hated to think he had surrendered to someone only to be mocked and degraded. It was really stupid of him to think he could find love. He wasn't meant to be happy and life had proven that again and again.
