My castle in Clash of Kings was attacked and I was defeated. A fellow member of the alliance I'm part of, who I'll call A to conserve privacy, tried to help me, but I didn't have the proper resources needed to receive his aid. This conversation was held afterwards. (Keep in mind my phone was translating from Russian so pardon the mistakes).

Me: It's because you tried to help someone you barely knew, you could have done nothing. Plus, you were the only one helping. I'm grateful for it, pointless though it seemed.
