Have you ever had that "one guy" just keep on bugging you? Like, no one really knows what his deal is, but he ALWAYS has something going on? And in every conversation, he thinks that you turning your attention away for like 5 seconds is an insult, even though most of what he says is complete BS and he's not going away and you just want him to leave because he's a complete and utter nuisance with no concept of when to disengage from a conversation? And the nasally voice that doesn't help at all?
