I finally settled on a design for Diane. OK YEAH I KNOW, THEY'VE GONE THROUGH LIKE EIGHT REDESIGNS BUT I LIKE THIS ONE A LOT SO SHH- When I tell you this design of Diane looks so much like my girlfriend it's almost a little scary- But it's fine cause it'd be kinda weird if Diane looked like anyone else since Asteria is based off me. Anywayyyyysssss, here it is:

I think I still need to work on how I draw different body types and different ages of humans, but I'd say it's getting better :) All of Di's previous designs looked like they were 16 or older, but they're actually supposed to be 13 so I think this works a lot better. I was also practicing with different brushes, and I like how sketchy the one I used for the line art is. I seem to keep going between hard black and then sketchy partially transparent line art, but we'll see what happens this time.
OH ALSO I've decided to grow my hair out into a bob :D I think I was hesitant to do this before because I was trying to be as androgynous as possible so I could accept my gender identity, but tbh I miss putting my hair in a bunch of different styles and stuff. I'm probably going to give myself an undercut though, so that if I feel more androgynous sometimes I can tie it back and make it look short again. But right now my hair is in two tiny pigtails at the back with the bottom layer hanging down like a short bob, and I'm starting to like it more. So yeah I might update with a picture once it's long enough ^^
