It's not nearly as smooth as I hoped, but it's just practice so that's ok

These two are unfinished and discarded design concepts for Sapphire. I still like them, so I might use the colours and/or patterns for other Drolgons, but I just felt like they didn't do my precious cinnamon roll justice. I wanted her design to be absolutely perfect, since she's one of my favourite and oldest OCs and I'm way more emotionally attached to her than I originally thought I'd be.

Sapphire's official redesign!

I know, I know- it's SO DIFFERENT.
Here's her old design for comparison:

Don't get me wrong, I still love her old design. But it just looked a little bit basic, and that's unacceptable when it comes to Sapphire. Now she looks like such a main character, which is fitting, because that's what she's supposed to be.
The redesign will definitely take some getting used to, but I really like it. I'd like to hear what you guys think, though :)
