Ok belly bead's are waist chains to tell you if ur putting on wight or ur pregnant I have then in real life to check my wait they can be used for fashion or something else they are about 25 dollars on Amazon or on shien they are 3 dollors I have the play boy bunny so mine was 36 dollors they do hurt sometimes but not all the time only if it's tight it gets tight when u put on weight.
