43. Va-Vacation!

NICK'S POV

I didn't want to tell Selena where we were going, it would just ruin the surprise. But I knew she would love it, she has to. Selena loved beaches and that's where we were going. Away from America.

MILEY'S POV

I can't believe we were finally going on a vacation. Within two days, I had booked everything and I couldn't wait to leave the country with Niley.

MILEY'S POV

"Mom, where are we going?" Niley asked, smiling.

She still didn't know and I didn't want to tell her.

"Well... I'll give you some hints, yeah?"

She nodded furiously, excited to play Guess.

"Okay, so it has really nice beaches... It's a tropical country. Lot's of sunlight and the temperature is hot."

"That's very little information!"

"Hey! Okay, okay. Um... It's in Asia."

"Mom, we're going so far? Why?"

"It's a religious place, too."

"But..."

"I wanna pray for us."

"How many days are we gonna be there?"

"Oh, um, one and a half week."

"But, I'm missing my school?"

"You'll have your winter breaks. I talked to Ms. Santos."

"When did you talk to my class teacher?"

"Oh, I just clinked a few ideas. We're going on a vacation!" I shouted ecstatically.

"Yes!" Niley giggled and hugged me.

SELENA'S POV

I had to get it out of Nick. I had to know where we were going! How was I supposed to pack then? Saguaro Hotel was just an escape from our lives. The real honeymoon started somewhere else.

"Babe, we're going to two places. Two countries, to be precise."

"But... You managed all of that?!"

"No big deal," Nick said and winked.

I had to know where we were going though.

"Nick, where are we going?" I said, irritated.

"Hey, what happened to you?" Nick said and came to me, slowly. He tugged his fingers into the sides of my underwear and pulled me close.

"I need to pack," I said, frustrated.

"Okay, I'll tell you what to pack."

I released a sigh of relief.

"So, pack something for beaches and something for mountains. It's going to be a little cold. Not too cold but... You get it, right?"

I nodded and looked away.

"When do we leave?"

"Tomorrow, babe, now please be happy. I don't want your mood spoilt. It's going to be fun and I can assure you, you'll be great," Nick says and plants a kiss on my cheek.

He kisses my nose, both of my cheeks, my forehead, my chin and as he kisses my face, I break into giggles. He laughs and hugs me. I hug him back.

"We're going on our honeymoon," I whisper into his chest.

"And you're gonna enjoy it," he whispers into my hair.

MILEY'S POV

"Have you gathered everything, hon?" I shout towards Niley. We were finally leaving for the airport and the taxi was here.

She tumbles out with her handbag.

"What have you got there?" I ask.

She opens up her bag and shows it to me. Her hairbrush, her blanket and her videogame. Okay.

We sat at the back of the taxi.

"Can you now tell me where we're going?" Niley asks, sighing.

"Okay," I say and smile, "India."

She just gives me a puzzled look and I explain.

"Ehsaan, you know her, right?" Niley nods and I continue, "Well, I talked to her and she suggested me her home country. She said it'll be great. She started telling me about the temples and all the beaches and where she's from."

"So, we're gonna be alone. In that huge country. With just a little hope that your friend suggested it to be nice?"

"Oh, honey, don't judge her or the country from now. Plus, we'll meet her sister. I forgot her name... Titiksha, yeah, Titiksha. We'll meet her. She'll pick us up at the airport."

"Okay," Niley whispers.

I hope this vacation goes out great. Niley and I rarely go for such things and going all the way to the other side of the globe...it was pretty intimidating.
