It's been two days since the demise of Sikander. He passed around midnight after the party. Karishma spoke to his parents, and as per them, he went to sleep and never woke up. She kept on looking at his last text which read the following: "Dude! I can't tell you how happy I am, after meeting you. If I die tonight, I'll die in peace. But, on a serious note, you should speak to Haseena. Tell her how you feel about her. DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING ON CHANCE! And we should plan a meeting. I have so much to talk to you, Krish. See you soon!" A lone tear escaped from her eye.

Haseena was noticing her condition. Pushpa Ji was at home for the last two days, she didn't stay at Mr. Singh's house after the party. However, he was calling her today because there were a few guests coming in and he wanted her to meet them. So, now Pushpa Ji was sitting with Haseena in a dilemma.

"Haseena! She barely had any food in the past two days. She is not even crying. I tried to talk to her but she is not responding and on top of that Onkar is calling me to meet his guest. What should I do?" She asked in a perplexed tone.

Haseena moved closer to her, she held Pushpa Ji's hand between hers and pressed them gently, "You go, see him and if he asks you to stay overnight, stay there with him. I'll watch out for Miss Singh." She said assuringly.

"Are you sure about it? It was a very big loss for her. I don't know how she will come out of it," Pushpa Ji looked at Haseena with a worried expression.

"Don't worry, Pushpee! I'll take care of her," Haseena reassured her.

A smile appeared on Pushpa Ji's face after her reassurance.

"When will you be leaving for dinner?" Haseena asked.

"He will be picking me up around 8:00 pm," Pushpa Ji replied.

"Good! So you go get ready and, meanwhile, I'll make something to eat," Haseena said as she got up and moved towards the kitchen.

"Where is Misha?" Pushpa asked as she stood up and started heading towards the stairs.

"She is in her nursery, playing with her toys," Haseena said pointing towards the door.

Pushpa Ji nodded and started descending the stairs. Around 7:45 PM, Mr. Singh came to pick up Pushpa Ji, and she texted Haseena before leaving and reminded her to lock the main door.

It was around 8:30 PM when Haseena came down with Misha. She made Misha settle in the living room and after informing her that she was going to check on Karishma, she started heading towards her room. She knocked at her door and after not getting any response, she pushed the door. Upon her entrance, Haseena saw Karishma lying down on her bed and she has covered her eyes with her arms. "How long you are going to lay down like that, Miss Singh?" She asked.

Karishma didn't say anything to her but she removed her hand from her eyes and looked at Haseena. "He was my best friend." She said while getting up and sitting on the bed. "We didn't even talk properly, that day," her voice broke.

Haseena looked at her concerningly. She forwarded her the glass of water which she denied by shaking her head. "I don't think he would have wanted this for you," She said while pointing towards her room which was dark and the only light that was coming in the room was through the main hall. "You have missed office, you are not picking up calls, you are not talking to anyone, you are not eating and moreover you have not cried," She said in an unsettling tone. "If you continue this, you will fall sick, Miss Singh," She took a few steps towards her. "As far as I know doc had a very lively personality, he would have wanted a great life for you and not this," she pointed towards her room once again and then at Karishma.
