Is an intro to the second book.
This is the end of the first chapter of Brooke and Wayatt's story. After all the tragedy, Brooke will have a point " she will never be like other girls"
She will decide to lean on her dreams and only believe in them, now that she has nothing else to believe in.
She will accept the proposal of Madam Cooker, the director of the school. She will have to fill out all the necessary documents for admission to the Tisch academy of New York. All she will have in her head is to portray her dreams and continue being who she was before everything sucks.
Wayatt, after deciding to leave far from Brooke and avoiding all possible memories about his story with her, he will leave in his ancient apartment, the one he first lived in before joining the frat house. He will meet with Fred sometimes, wanting him to be the only one knowing he is living there. And only coincidence will make him find Wendy on his road and tell her where he lives.
They will pass time together and he will finally find himself regretting what he did to Wendy by choosing her sister Brooke and not understanding what she said. He will give her a chance, no matter his broken heart, and date Wendy forgetting their age differences.
With time, Wendy will present Wayatt to her mother, fearing she would be mad at her. Katherine awfully, will be very happy with such news because she will be aware of the prestigious name Wayatt is having.
Brooke will have to say goodbye to Francis, he will have to go to Los Angeles with his parents. Brooke will not be that sad, cause she will perfectly understand Francis needs to change his environment and forget everything.
Amber and Brooke will come and live with their friends in the frat house. Brooke needs more liberty and will now do whatever she wants since she is 18 years old without asking or getting slapped by someone.
She will try to forget Wayatt by continuing her normal life, try to be the girl she was, not for someone but for herself after all. She needs another beginning, or in her case she needs to continue her journey and eliminate some aspects of her life. She will concentrate on her dreams with the idea that, "Love will never be part of her life again." The only thing she can do to get a little better will be to apologize to Wayatt, when times comes. Her anger for her sister hasn't disappeared, but increased, just waiting for the right moment to revenge.
All these events will last one month and some days. On the 25th of December, they all went to eat with their respective families. Mason will start his therapy, with Ashley by his side, and will present Ashley to his parents for christmas since Ashley's parents are in Texas and her cousin Felicia has travelled. Amber will be with them after her dispute with Fred refusing her to go to Philippines with him for x-mass. Mackenzie went to her grandma's house at Alberta in Canada.
Brooke spent her Christmas with Mado at midnight, eating and discussing, trying to forget. Wayatt spends it alone, just wanting to stay in his home and looking at the fireworks through his window, in the sky. Together waiting for New Year.
