Abigail POV
I sit with my back against Aaron's headboard, the blanket covering my legs partially as Aaron lays at the end of the bed. "Wait, so this whole time, the books you've been reading are erotica books?" He questions causing me to snort, my hand covering my mouth so I don't spit out my food.
"Mhmm," I answer as I swallow my noodles, my fork fiddling with the noodles in my takeout container. "And it's actually fantasy erotica,"
"Oh, fantasy erotica?" He questions, a teasing tone in his voice.
"Yes, fantasy erotica," I chuckle, taking a sip of my sprite, placing the bottle back on the side table. "Ok, I told you my weird secret now you tell me yours,"
"I don't have any," He says with a struggle, biting into a piece of chile chicken.
"You don't have any secrets?" I ask with squinted, skeptical eyes. "I don't believe you,"
"Okay, uh, I have a weird thing for Disney movies. Like I really like Disney movies," He says honestly, in complete and utter seriousness.
"That is honestly the cutest thing you've ever said," I giggle before finishing the last of my chicken and noodles. I put my takeout container in the takeout bag before sitting back up and focusing on Aaron. He just smiles at me and I can't help but smile back. "What?"
"What do you mean, what?" He questions, putting his takeout container in the garbage bag.
"Why are you smiling at me like that?" I question as he crawls over to me, a smile still adorning his lips. He sits right in front of me, cupping my cheek gently before pressing his lips to mine. I deepen the kiss before he pulls away, laying down beside me. I get under the covers and rest my head on his chest.
He plays gently with the ends of my hair as I slowly close my eyes, allowing myself to fall asleep in the comfort of his arms. Feeling unimaginably safe as I lay with him.
Abigail POV
I sit up in bed, stretching my back before I slowly climb out of bed. Aaron's shirt brushes against my thighs as I walk out of the room, the smell of bacon wafting into my nose. I hum in delight as I watch Aaron cooking in the kitchen. "Good morning," I greet as I stand behind him, my arms wrapped around his waist as I lean my head on his back.
"Good morning," I can almost hear the smile on his face as he flips the pancakes on the skillet. "Did you sleep okay?"
"I slept like a baby," I chuckle before pressing a kiss to his back. I walk over to the cupboard and grab a mug before pouring myself some coffee. "So," I state as I grab the milk and sugar, sweetening my coffee as I speak. "We should talk,"
"About?"
"Foyet," Silence falls over the kitchen, the only sounds being the clinking of my spoon against my ceramic mug and the crackling of the bacon. "Aaron,"
