the person who was pulling her quickly put their hand over y/n's mouth, making sure she wouldn't scream. when y/n caught her breath, she was able to see it was the same hooded man who was seen walking away from her house. he continued to drag her until they reached a dimly lit hallway.

the two both stopped and caught their breath, breathing heavily y/n placed her back against a wall, closing her eyes heavily. she then noticed the situation she was in.

"oh my g-" she said, her eyes darting all over the man. he pulled his hood down, awkwardly smiling and waving at y/n. "who are you? what are you doing? am i being kidnapped??"

"sh!" he whispered harshly, placing a finger over your mouth as he continued to drag you down the deep hallways. the pair eventually stopped walking.

"who are you?" she asked in a harsh whisper as she looked the man up and down. he looked homeless. "also there a rat on your shoulder." she said, calmly backing away, watching her steps behind her.

"oh- uh- yeah." he chuckled softly. everything this man did was awkward. "i'm bruno." he offered his hand.

"what are you doing in the madrigal's house? matter of fact their walls..." y/n asked, furrowing her eyebrows as she looked around.

her e/c eyes spotted the girl with the bun and she began to dart out of the small hallway.

"w-wait!" bruno shouted. but it was too late, y/n had already gotten out of his grasp and she was heading towards dolores' room.

when she approached the room she knocked quietly on the young girls door and waited for an answer.

the small brunette opened up the door and looked at y/n with concern.

"what's wron-" dolores started but was soon cut off by y/n dragging her into her own room. y/n flopped down on dolores' bed and rubbed her temple.

"some guys is living in your walls and he came to my house and left green glass and then i put it togehter and i saw you and i saw me and-" y/n rambled on but was stopped by dolores when she put a finger to her lips, her eyes widening.

"what did he leave?" she questioned, her eyes scanning y/n's body.

"green glass?" y/n said in a questioning tone. "and, when i put the glass together... i saw you and me, but it wasn't good." she said, sighing.

"what was going on? tell me, please?" dolores said, eyes tearing up. y/n could tell something was going on and dolores knew about it. she could hear everything, that must be a curse more than a gift.

dolores crouched down beside y/n, looking up at her. she took a hand and placed it on y/n's cheek. "tell me?" she whispered softly, trying to ease the girl into telling her what seemed to be a secret.

deep down, dolores knew, she had known for a while. she can hear everything, nothing is ever really a secret from her. she knew her fate, she was just in denial. more than anything, she knew that in both of the girls unfamiliar babbling and wanting-to-talk state, she had stopped herself from saying three words that felt like a curse.

which was of course 'i love you'.

"you were dead." y/n finally choked out. she took dolores' hand off her cheek and held it tightly as she lightly sobbed. "y-you were gone." she whispered harshly to herself.

"i know. and i'm so sorry." dolores sighed, looking down. "i love you." dolores looked up at the girl as she said the three words she feared most.

"you what?"
