Hi. My name is Evan, Evan Hanson.

It was about a year ago when I first went to this place.

The place I am talking about is an island, it was never discovered by anyone who has traveled across the sea hundreds of years ago, or even had it's existence proven just a few years ago thanks to satellite images, because of the fact it simply doesn't exist in this world.

I obviously know what you're thinking, "This kid is going crazy, oooooh, he is trying to say there is a piece of land that doesn't exist, oooooh."

Well, let's just say that if I heard you saying that, I have no sympathy if you didn't have as good of an experience I had if you ever no clip out of reality in certain areas of nature. Or you could just ask one of the many people you shall probably come across in your life that probably went through the same stuff I did.

Anyways, I can answer nearly every question about this mysterious world that you can ask me.

I understand how I got here, I understand where this place came from. And this is my story, and I am sure that this will follow for many people. But the residents of this island will consider me unique, because I was the very first person to find this island, and it was accidental.

Anyways, this is the tale of how I, Evan Hansen, went to an island called Kipoiwa.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I admit I was never much of a nature person ever in my life before this moment.
However, I did have a decent amount of experience from certain camping trips my siblings and I went on with our uncle over certain weekends.
Anyways, the big issue was that I always felt uneasy about spending time in an unfamiliar environment, especially nature despite living in Canada. At night, all wildlife freaks me out, even the small things like squirrels. And don't even get me started on the predators that roam around like bears and wolves. I've often had nightmares where animals such as bears and many other predators would kidnap me and take me home for dinner. It got to the point to where my brother and his teenage friends were often teasing me about it.
This time, I was going to summer camp that was basically all the way in America. I tried telling I wasn't ready to go to summer camp, but my parents insisted I do it to try and make new friends before I started middle school. They also said that while they were there, they would go attend for a wedding of a business friend before returning home.
I did say that I would think about it because it was a problem that my parents always thought we needed to fix as I was very introverted which meant that I had basically no friends.
I ended up saying that I might give it a try and that made them happy, but at where I currently was at the moment, I couldn't turn back now as  my parents already signed me up and we had already gone through two airplane flights to get me there.
I was now on one of the four buses along with around 22 other kids around my age. I was a bit nervous as I never actually meant that I would go to camp, but now that I was and there was no going back, I was freaking out.
However, Sitting next to me was a boy named Kevin who was trying to get my attention. I wasn't sure about talking to anyone that I only knew their name, but I reluctantly decided to get to know him better, and I'm glad I did. For nearly the entirety of the 3 hour trip, we talked and talked about a whole lot of different topics including food, schools, and a bit about family.
One interesting fact I told Kevin was that I had 3 siblings, one older brother named Josh, and a younger set of twins named Nicholas and Nicole, also, we share a single room with each other. Ultimately, I think sharing the room with all your brothers and sisters sounds cool, but I don't recommend it since the troubles can get kicked up real quick and it gets real problematic.
We also talked about other things for a while until we had finally reached our destination. In front of where the buses were parked was a log cabin that was the main building.
After a little while, everyone poured out of the buses and we all walked into the main building where we then met the man in charge named Mr. Scott Ferguson who welcomed all of us proudly.
"I am proud to welcome all of you to Expedition: Wilderness!" He boomed.
"Here, all of you shall experience this year's activities that you will experience throughout this week! We shall begin tomorrow, so get some rest for some hiking!" He announced.
After that, we were assigned both our counselors and cabins for our stay.
I was assigned to cabin 5 with 4 other kids including Kevin and I was ok with it.
The other kids we stayed with were a boy named Matthew, a girl named Zoey, and another boy named Trent.
We luckily got along well within the first day, but soon it hit 9:00 PM and our counselor Edward Walton shut off the lights and left us to sleep.
The next morning was normal where everyone came to the cafeteria in the main building and had breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.
While I won't go into specific detail on that, I will say that after breakfast, everyone was going on a hiking trip over Grandfather Mountain which thankfully wasn't that far away.
We all went back to our cabins to get situated and prepared by packing things like extra food and water in our backpacks just in case.
However, while we were walking back to the buses, I felt myself falling over the staircase railing as if it suddenly broke off.
As I was plummeting towards the ground, I suddenly felt myself being surrounded by a strange aura.
It was then like I was falling through a long tunnel full of various colors such as purple, pink, white and yellow.
Ultimately, it felt like I was falling through the tunnel for nearly 20 seconds before I felt myself losing consciousness with reality.
