For those that are wondering how long I spent in this camp with this tribe, it was a bit longer than a week. Something else interesting is that the hunters actually didn't go out and hunt every day as each time we hunted, we would have enough food to feed the entire tribe for a few days.
As for what the Metaphysical Society is let's just say they were both the ones who started this all and the ones who would eventually would be my ticket out of here. As for how I would find these people, it would take a few strange discoveries to find them and return back to my home.
It would all start with a certain kidnapping that was the result of what I saw on one of my hunts.

It was when we were exploring a mountainous region also covered with many valleys and rivers. I was put on lookout duty for the time being. I was currently at one of the smaller mountains where it wasn't very much like the ones that stood above the clouds, but it still gave a nice view of the area. I remember seeing something blue down by one of the rivers and even though I didn't get a good look at it, I was instantly intrigued nonetheless.
I then left my post and left the other two hunters on lookout on their own. I hiked down the mountain and eventually got to the river which had nothing nearby that resembled anything blue except for some little purple berries.
All of a sudden, I heard strange rustling noises coming from the nearby bushes. I was frightened and drew my spear to stab at whatever was about to emerge. But when the creature in the bushes kept out, all I saw was a streak of blue before it knocked me down.
I quickly got back up and realized that this was the creature I had seen earlier and now I had a better look at him. It seemed to resemble a deer but it had smaller legs which made me think it might be a juvenile unless this was how big adults get. It was covered in a coat of white and blue fur with the legs black and horns tag were also black with a mostly white face.
Now to be clear, we were supposed to hunt for these large creatures that resembled animals like bison, sheep, and deer. But this was not the type of deer creature we were supposed to kill and take back home to eat. The one we were hunting had an entirely back coat with much longer legs.
Knowing this information, I decided to check the little creature out. While doing so, I discovered that it seemed to be a little shy as it tried running away when I got closer, but I offered the little guy some berries and he began warming up to me.
Suddenly, I heard the voices of one of the other Gray Nahele hunters. Her name was Quinn and she was often feisty and filled with determination and took pride in her role within the community, but she also was caring and friendly most of the time.
"You better have a good explanation for this Evan-" Quinn said as she paused as soon as she laid eyes on the blue animal. "Do you know what this is? I sure as hell don't." Quinn said. "No." I said. "I just recently came across it a minute ago and I saw it earlier at the top of the mountain."
"Well whatever it is, we should let it go because we need to get back to work." Quinn said. I then realized that the others wouldn't be happy to find out that I had left my lookout post. We quickly hurried back but as I did, I looked back at the strange deer-like creature that tilted its head. I told it to shop and it leaped off into the forest.
We were able to make it back and the two of us were luckily able to cover up our encounter with the blue creature. As for the creature itself, I didn't think I would ever see the little guy again, but like most other times, I was wrong.
Two days later we were once again roaming through the arctic region. Quinn and I were tasked with hunting within the area of a small mountain. At the moment, I was in pursuit of a juvenile salamander with my spear in hand. However, this one was pretty fast and I didn't want to accidentally use my slime as a trap and make myself look like a fool.
I was also getting really tired and I had to stop which allowed the juvenile to get away. But I was soon back on his trail and using the creature's footprints, I tracked him down into a cave. But after wandering through the cave for a while, I came out the other side to reveal the surface. And there, sitting in the snow, was the same blue creature I had seen during the previous hunt.
"Hey little guy, what are you doing all the way out here?" I asked. All of a sudden, the blue creature let out an almost wolf-howl like sound, which was followed a few seconds later by shouts and screams which I had a feeling were war cries. I then felt my arm getting grabbed by Quinn and pulling me back. "Come on Evan! We need to get out of here!" She shouted.
I was now panicking and began running as well. Frankly, I don't think I've ever ran this fast in my life because this is the real first time my life was in danger. We kept running for our lives as I heard the war cries following behind us. Finally, we reached the entrance of the cave and just when we thought we would make it out and back to the group, the blue creature ran in front of us and knocked us off our feet.
Quinn was able to get up faster and run, but I suppose I wasn't since as soon as I got up on one of my legs, I got shot in the neck. In an instant, I toppled to the ground and everything went black.
