Chapter 31: Questions & Answers.

A tear fell from her eye. "Of course I will!" She said, we stood up, and hugged for what felt like forever. I pulled her in for a kiss, and pulled away once I realized we had an audience and now the whole restaurant were clapping for us. We looked around and laughed, she placed her forehead against mine. "I love you Adam." "I love you, Annie." I replied.

Once we had returned home, Annie went to the bedroom to take her makeup off, so i took the opportunity to call Ryan.

"HOW DID IT GO?" He practically screamed down the phone.

"Hello to you too." I chuckled back.

"TELL US." Jack replied in the background.

"Well, she said yes." I smiled.

"OMG ADAM THAT IS AMAZING!" Ryan squealed.

"IM SO EXCITED FOR YOU BOTH." Jack added.

"Thank you." I replied.

"I can't believe you're the first one to be married out of the three of us." Ryan said.

"I thought it'd be Ryan first to be honest too." Jack laughed in the background.

"Well I guess you were wrong." I smirked.

"I guess we were." Ryan replied. "You can hook 'em like no other huh?" He added.

"Yeah. Like no other." I rolled my eyes. "Anyway I need to go now, I'll be over tomorrow." I replied.

"Okay bye Adam!" Ryan said, Jack said something to, but Ryan was too loud over his voice.

I put down the phone and went into the bedroom where Annie was. She was sat at her desk putting a face mask on. "You okay?" I asked. "Yeah." She smiled. "Okay." I smiled back. "I've ordered pizza for dinner." She replied. "Okay."

We spent the evening stuffing our faces with food, until we eventually began to feel sick.

The next morning, Annie and I went over to Jacks place.

"Hey guys!" i shouted as we come through the door. "Hi lovebirds." Jack smirked. "Very funny" Annie replied. "How are you both?" Ryan asked as we came into the living room. "We're doing good." Annie replied. "Good." Ryan smiled. "So Adam, we have come up with a new song to start the shows at the tour with. It's called Enjoy the Show, we just need to record it, but obviously see how it all sounds first." Jack said. "Yeah sure." I replied.

Annie's Pov:

Whilst the guys were recording their new song, I was on facetime to Marie in the next room.

"I can't believe Jack didn't tell me!"

"Well Adam must've told him to keep it a secret until I manage to tell you." I chuckled.

"I guess. Does Isobel know?" She asked.

"No not yet. We should add her to the call." I replied, adding Isobel. Within seconds, Isobels face popped up on the screen.

"Heyyyyy." She waved.

"Hi Izzy, I have some news." I smirked.

"What? Are you pregnant?" She asked.

"No."

"Are you buying a pony?"

"No, just let me tell you." I said, causing Marie to burst out laughing.

"Okay well hurry, I have to get ready for a date with Ryan later." She smirked.

"Adam and I are engaged." I announced. The call fell silent for a few seconds, until Marie started laughing.

"You two are engaged? Already?" Isobel said almost in disbelief.

"Yeah, why?" I asked.

"Well I just think it's a little soon, you know, you guys have only been together just about a year."

"Yeah but we live together, and we love eachother, so it's like we are already married." I replied.

"Yeah, now he's just put a ring on it." Marie defended.

"I guess. Anyway I am really happy for you both." Isobel finished.

"Thanks." I smiled. At that moment Adam came in.

"Hi." He said to the girls on the phone. "Hi Adam." They said in union. "Okay guys, i'm gonna let you go." I said.

"Okay bye." Isobel said.

"Bye annie." Marie added.

I put the phone down and Adam came and sat down on the chair next to me. "How is it going with the song?" I asked. "It's going good, Jack and Ryan are just doing the background sounds and then i'm pretty sure it's done." He smiled. "Did you tell them about us?" He asked. I put my phone on the table beside us. "Yeah, If i'm honest, I don't think Isobel is happy about it, she says it's too soon." I confessed, Adam stayed silent for a minute. "Do you think it's too soon?" He asked. "No, of course not, I wouldn't have said yes if I thought that." I smiled. "Do you?" I replied. "No, I wouldn't have asked if I thought that." He chuckled.

I smiled back at him. "Are you ready to go now or..?" "Yeah I'm good to go." He replied. "I came in to ask you something but I can't remember what it was." He stood up. I just shrugged my shoulders in reply. He held my hand and we walked into the living room where  Jack and Ryan were still sitting and writing. "You guys going?" Jack looked up. "Yeah, we are going to head off now." Adam replied. "Okay well we are basically finished with the song, I'll send it you tonight." Ryan added. "Don't you have a date with Isobel?" I reminded. Jack looked at Ryan who looked like he was about to have a panic attack. "Crap yes I do, I need to go and get ready! I'll see you guys later." Ryan grabbed his jacket and went out the apartment. "We will see you later too Jack, will you be alright on your own?" Adam asked. Jack gave him a blank expression. "I'm a grown man Adam, plus Marie will be home soon so you don't have to worry." He teased. We began laughing at what Jack had said as we went down the apartment block.
