Chapter 10

Danielle's POV

Once we got to the dance we started to inspect the place for any trace of Klaus. All of a sudden Dana started talking.

"Thanks for being here everybody, we have a special shout out tonight. This is for Elena and Danielle, from Klaus"

"That was a lame cheap shot, he's trying to bait us"

"I know everyone here"

"Maybe he is not here, he wants us to believe that he is"

"It's a party people blend, let him come to us"

"Good idea" Bonnie says while dragging Jeremy to dance with her.

"Please help me Elle" he said in exaggeration.

"Oh stop complaining and go dance with the hot lady you have dragging you"

"Why thank, you look hot too Elle"

"Right back at ya Bon-Bon" she blushed at my comment.

"Hey stop trying to steal my girl" Jeremy scolds me.

"It's not my fault she can't resist my charms" I shrug smirking.

"Whatever let's go Bonnie"

After they left Damon started to look for Rick.

"There's Rick, we'll be back" he said while dragging me with him.

"Hey, hey easy on the arm there don't want you to ruin my outfit"

"Oh whatever" he said while letting go of my hand.

"Special dedication huh, this guy is a little twisted"

"I'm not impressed" Alaric's face looked like he was disappointed in his answer.

"No?"

"Let me know if you see anything out of whack" he turned to look at me after Damon left.

"And what did you think? I mean he did dedicate the song to you"

"Eh, a little disappointed that he hasn't showed his face, I wanted to see how he looked like"

"And why is that?"

"I mean if him and Elijah are brothers maybe the gene was passed down to him too because have you seen Elijah"

Once I said that he looked kind of jealous at the fact that I said Elijah is good looking.

"So you think Elijah is good looking?"

"Hell yeah! I would have to be blind to not think he is"

After our conversation I walked away in hopes of finding someone to dance with. I was about to walk out of the dance when I saw Elena and Bonnie walk out of the dance so I followed them.

"How could you not tell me?!"

"Because I knew how you would react!"

"No way! It's not an option!"

"It's our only option!"

"Then we'll find another way!"

"Ok hang on there what the fuck is going on?!"

"If Bonnie uses all that magic to kill Klaus she'll die"

"Oh hell no Bonnie there is no way you are getting yourself killed, over my dead body!"

"Look it's like I told Elena it's the only choice we have to save her and everyone else"

"No Bonnie I'm not going to let you die for me!"
