"But I love you.."

Tanjiro looked back at her, F/n was smiling warmly. "You love me..?" He asked in disbelief. "Yes, I love you Tanjiro-Kun. Ever since we were young I've always loved you" she said. Tanjiro smiled, tears spilling down his face. "I love you too F/n-San" Tanjiro said and pulled her in for a soft sweet kiss.

They were both crying now, crying happy tears. Tanjiro pulled F/n to his chest and hugged her tightly. "I'll make you happy, I promise. I'll become stronger and protect you until my dying breath."

As the sun rose over the mountains, a Kasugai crow awoke the four young demon slayers.

"North-northeast! North-northeast! Your next mission is North-northwest! The four of you are to go to Mt Natagumo! Head to Mt Natagumo!"

"F/n are you sure you're ready for another mission?" Zenitsu asked worriedly, "I mean you just started healing". F/n smiled at him, "I'll be just fine, I promise" she told him confidently. "That's the spirit! I wanna fight you once you're all healed!" Inosuke declared loudly. "Then prepare yourself to lose" F/n laughed. "Bring it on!"

"Before we leave, do you think you guys could braid my hair?" She asked them sweetly. Tanjiro and Zenitsu blushed, F/n's charms had no effect on Inosuke. "Yes!" The pair said in unison. F/n kneeled in front of a mirror as the two brushed through her fine hair.

Once they started trying to braid her hair, they realized they hadn't a clue what they were doing. "You guys are doing it wrong!" Inosuke yelled and pushed them aside. "Your lord Inosuke will save the day!" He said proudly.

He worked quickly and flawlessly with F/n's hair, putting it into a perfect fishtail braid. "All done! Your lord and savior has done it again!" Inosuke said with his fists in the air. "Thank you Inosuke-Kun!" F/n said happily.

F/n walked over to her uniform and haori, neatly folded on the ground. Her black and white haori was stained with her blood and she frowned. "I can't wear this" F/n said sadly. "We tried really hard to get the stains out, we're sorry F/n-San. But we got you a new one!" Tanjiro said with a smile. He held out a almost all white haori, the bottom blended into a jet black. On the back of the haori, there was a black and white dragon.

F/n smiled and gave him a hug, "I appreciate it Tanjiro kun, but that haori was my grandfathers. It's really special to me.." she said. "Let your lord take care of this!" Inosuke yelled and picked up her stained haori. He ripped it, getting rid of the stained part, F/n watched in horror. "Here!" Inosuke said, holding a piece of her haori in his hand. "I can tie this into a bow and put it on your braid!". F/n gave him a big hug, "I appreciate your kindness Inosuke-Kun!".

Inosuke tied the piece of her haori into a bow and put it on the ends of her braid. He folded the rest of her haori neatly and handed it to her. "We can make something out of this, keep it for now" he told her. F/n nodded.

The four walked out of the house and the old lady greeted them at the front gate. "We're heading out now!" Tanjiro told her. "Thank you for everything" he said with a bow. "Now then, for good luck", the old lady took out some flint and steal and made some sparks. "What do you think you're doing!? Old hag!" Inosuke tried to hit the old lady but was stopped by Tanjiro. "What are you a moron!? She's striking sparks for good luck! It's a purification ceremony! Because we're about to go on a dangerous mission!" Zenitsu lectured.

"Live your lives with great pride. I wish you luck in battle!" The lady bowed. Tanjiro Zenitsu and F/n thanked her one more time, Inosuke just watched. They all waved goodbye to the woman as they ran down the road to their next mission.  "Where did that crow say we had to go?" F/n asked. "Mt Natagumo" Tanjiro said. "It sounds scary" Zenitsu shivered. "Don't be a puss!" Inosuke yelled.

As the sun started to set, the group laid eyes on a terrifying looking mountain. It seemed to be surrounded by a thick dark fog, F/n could feel all sorts of vibrations coming from the mountain. She could feel the presence of demons.

"Hold up! Would you mind waiting a second!" Zenitsu said. "Zenitsu? What's wrong?" Tanjiro asked. "I'm scared all right!" Zenitsu whined, "now that we're nearing our destination, I'm so scared!".

"Why the hell is he sitting? How creepy is that" Inosuke asked, clearly annoyed by the lemon head. "Who are you to talk, pig face! Don't tell me you're not getting any vibes from that mountain!" Zenitsu yelled, pointed at the mountain. "I am getting demonic vibrations from it, but I'm not scared" F/n said flatly.

"Easy for you to say!" Zenitsu whined, "you're not like me!". "Still..what's sitting going to do" Tanjiro asked. "Told you, he's creepy" Inosuke said. "I'm not creepy! I'm normal, you guys aren't normal!" He yelled.

F/n kicked him in the stomach, "stop whining, you're a demon slayer now. You'll have to face demons at some point!" F/n yelled. Both Inosuke and Tanjiro were taken aback by her sudden outburst. How could someone go from the sweetest person alive to satan himself.

"I think I liked you better when you were soft with your words and gentle!" Zenitsu cried. F/n slapped his head. "You won't see that side of me unless you face your fears and stop being a wuss god dammit!". "Speak to me again when you grow some balls" F/n said angrily and started walking towards the mountain.

Inosuke and Tanjiro followed closely. "Wait! Don't leave me here by myself!" Zenitsu yelled, and ran after them. F/n stopped in her tracks when she saw someone laying on the ground, by the vibrations he was giving off he was still alive but hurt.

It was a demon slayer, his face was all battered and bruised. F/n ran over to him and knelt beside him. "H-Help me!" The boy cried out. F/n was about to reach out and touch his back when he flew up into the mountain. "They were attached to me too!" The boy yelled.

"Let's go! We need to save him and any other human that's trapped here!" F/n said with determination. Inosuke and Tanjiro nodded their heads, while Zenitsu continued to whine.

They all were walking up the mountain, the air was muggy and humid. F/n could feel the heaviness. F/n felt something tickle her face, she stopped and found herself covered in spider webs. "What the hell is that?" Inosuke asked. "It's a spider web, this place seems to be full of them" F/n said, looking around.

F/n felt someone walking and looked in that direction. There was a person, no, a demon slayer. He was on his knees and seemed to be looking around, he was giving off distressed vibrations.

Tanjiro reached his hand out and the boy turned around, his face was covered in sweat. "We've come for back up, I'm Kamado Tanjiro. Rank, Mizunoto" Tanjiro told him. "Mizunoto..Mizunoto!? Why didn't they send a hashira? No matter how many Mizunotos they send it's no use!" The boy yelled angrily.

"Oi" F/n said coldly. "Who says we can't help?" F/n scowled, giving him one of her death stares. She felt the boy shiver. "Tell us what's going on, you spineless fool. Or I'll break your legs and you can crawl home" F/n barked.

The boy looked as if he was going to piss himself. "Ten demon slayers were sent here..! Myself included, but then they just started killing each other!" The boy explained, he was distressed and terrified.

F/n felt a presence slowly coming up behind them. She quickly turned around and saw another demon slayer, slowly limping towards them. Something didn't look right. Soon more appeared, they all moved the same way. "Some thing doesn't feel right, they look like they're being manipulated" F/n warned. The demon slayers lunged at the group, Zenitsu screamed and ran off. "Zenitsu you moron!" F/n yelled, but it was no use. He was already long gone.

Tanjiro and Inosuke managed to knock down the one attacking them. "There's a strange scent coming from the backs of them" Tanjiro said. Tanjiro drew his katana and sliced the air. The boy attacking him fell to the ground, not moving a muscle.

"Threads! They're being manipulated by threads!" Tanjiro said. "Cut the backs of them!". Inosuke and F/n nodded. They lunged at the rest of the demons slayers, slicing the threads behind them. "There's a demon controlling these people, we need to find them!" Tanjiro yelled

F/n saw as spiders crawled around her forearm and pulled her forwards. She quickly slashed the threads and the spiders dropped down. "It's using spiders to make the puppet threads" F/n told them. The people who they've previously cut slowly rose up again. "We need to find the demon controlling these people and slay it" she told them, backing away from the demon slayers. "The spiders are just going to attach more puppet strings to these people if we don't do something about it".

"What are we waiting for then! Let's kill some demons!"
