Today my six children are enrolled in school. It has been a lot of work getting them to this point and Gail has been very selective about who comes into their lives. Grace finally went back to work after two years and she was able to see the kids after Gail gave the go ahead. She did that after Carrick and Grace fostered a young girl dying of cancer. Her mother couldn't watch her young daughter die after seeing her family die of the same thing so she gave her up.  The little girl lived her last days with Grace, Carrick , Christian and Elliott. She was limited and we all felt that she needed playmates and my six went over whenever she was able to have them. The loss was great for all of us. Grace and Carrick adopted her after finally getting her mother to sign her rights away. My children knew one day soon they would lose her to God's hands. We all attended the funeral and I allowed Grace time with all the children that day.  We have eight children waiting for the bus each day. They have to send an extra bus on the route now. Austin was the only one out there until today and now April and my six all stand there like a team and an intimidating team.

I knew when I fostered Emily Duncan that there was no hope of a cure for her cancer. We finally got Susan to sign her rights over to us. She tried to get us to pay her money, but I learned my lesson from the last time and I got off easy. Carrick thought ahead of the game and recorded the conversation. We told her to ether sign the rights over or face jail time. That was Carrick's idea and she signed it very quickly in front of a notary.

Grace and I watched as the Steele's boarded the school bus for the first time to go to school. She cried, but just as a door closes a window opens and that very day a big window opened up. We got a call from someone that we thought would never call us after the Mia and Tia situation came to light. Constance Williams said we have twin girls who were given up by the mother and father and they have no relatives and are runaways they have no way to care for them and they apparently heard about your adoption of Emily and losing her to cancer and asked that you be given first chance to adopt their girls. We need to dot the i's and cross the t's fast as in today if you want them. I go tell Grace to get her purse and ID we are going to meet our new daughters and bring them home.

What do we need?

Raymond is bringing the cribs back over to the house and setting them up with Elliott and Christian helping them later on to bring the other things for the babies. We place the baby car seats in the car and drive off to get our new children. Constance gave me a list via email that I forwarded to Gail, Ray, Jason, Sam, April Davis all get emails regarding getting baby supplies..
Gail
Ella and Carla bring over books and toys and place them in the room the maid Isabella leads them to. The security team helps carry out furniture and places it in their pool house for now. Ella and Carla are taking charge of where to place everything as I am putting away the baby bottles and baby formula in the kitchen plus finding a place to put the high chairs at. Raymond put the teens on payroll as soon as they got a workers permit and insisted on all of them going to college or a training school. One decided on construction and he found himself in school to be an architect while working for a local construction company as a runner. He is being slowly trained by his boss. The owner took a liking to him, it didn't hurt that Jason knew the guy. Ella is attending college during the day and working at a restaurant at night. We have cars all lined up and each have their own spaces. We bought the home next door and expanded the parking areas next door. Carla, Carl, Craig, Ella all live there now. They have rules even though they live in the new home. They had to sign contracts to that effect and given the house rules. They didn't like them but tough being an adult comes with rules and responsibilities. April and Sam Davis, Raymond, Jason and I created the rules and they had to show us that they could handle living in the house and taking care of everything adults do before they got to move into it. The household staff trained them on how to do all these things. The next thing is learning how to budget their money and to keep track of everything. Craig actually was the first to pass the tests and he didn't disappoint us. Carl however was not doing well, Ella had a few glitches on cooking, but not everyone can cook. So she learned simple things to cook. She cleaned very well as she always had. Carla however was not good at much and seem3d to be disinterested in any of it. But we explained that she would need to live on her own soon and start working, which she kept getting fired at her jobs for nonchalant behaviors. She finally solved all our problems, but created new ones. She married the first guy who showed interest in her, he came from money and I think she thought it would be his as well. Too bad his parents disowned him after marrying without a prenuptial agreement. She of course ended up pregnant and dumped by Charles Anderson the fourth. Sam allowed her back home and hired her an attorney to get her divorced along with child support and alimony.

Sam found me hitchhiking and very pregnant, he demanded to know what I was doing hitchhiking at all, when I had family and a husband.
He finally just told me to get into truck. He took me back to get my things from Charles and it didn't go well. We were able to use my keys to get in, but the apartment wasn't empty. We heard sounds like people having sex. Sam went looking for the noise and found Charles with two girls a lot younger than me. Sam called the cops and detained Charles with cable ties. He told the girls to get dressed and stay put. He told me to get what I wanted and that included anything that belonged to Charles. The girls were 13 and 14 year old working girls. Basically runaways like me.
Sam
Carrick I need some advice about something and quickly. You might want to be here for this and the cops are joining us. I give him the address while Carla is getting things together. He threw Carla out and she has been staying at a homeless shelter, it was by luck I caught her hitchhiking.
