Elliott has no idea what Kate has suffered and I hope she tells him when she feels able to. I found out quite by accident and I know she was a victim of people who were supposed to protect her and not only didn't but actually planned to hurt her in such a horrific manner. I couldn't read anymore after hearing each left a mark on her. Their initials were cut into her on her lower abdomen. I over heard her brothers laughing at Elliott and decided to get the cctv footage of their conversations. It is obvious the place had cctv cameras and it warns people they are being recorded so I am thinking this is admissible in a court of law and they can be arrested and will be found guilty along with their friends they had do this to Kate. Why Donald would treat his own daughter with such disdain is beyond me. But once we fire him and his three misogynistic sons we will see if we can get this fixed and charge all six of them and hopefully Donald as well. My parents raised me to respect everyone's rights and to treat people the way they deserved, well the Kavanagh men need to learn a huge lesson and jail will be one of the lessons they learn. Donald has some lessons to learn as well. He had been stealing from his own company.

Kate and I are on Christian's jet heading towards his latest island estate he bought just for vacationing. He wants us to check out the place and see if it needs any repairs he already has staff here and security. We have three security people on the jet with us. We go have fun in the bedroom, I was hoping to find out about the scars on Kate, but decided to let it go until she is ready to tell me. Eventually people need to relieve themselves of their internal tortures that others have done to them to others than there therapist. If not it doesn't change my love for her, I just want to carry her pain and I could see it when we first made love. One can guess a rape took place. Christian told me he knows what happened and he has a video that can put the perpetrators behind bars and he is working on getting that done. I told him to try not to have Kate have to testify again.

Leave it to me and my attorneys, dad is helping as well. We are going to use her testimony from the first trial. She shouldn't need to be called at all. We aren't allowing the paparazzi near it.

Within days we were able to get all six arrested along with Donald Kavanagh for his part in helping cover it up. Sadly Sherry came forward with her own charges against Donald and filed for a divorce the same day she filed charges against him. Her trips to the hospital under her maiden name was enough. Donald hurt her again for the last time and she used her married name this time and produced the ones under her maiden name. He had cut her again this time her assistant found her and took her by ambulance to the hospital. Donald was arrested before he could clean off the knife. Since I am her attorney and now handling the case against Kate's brothers and their three friends I have seen all the medical records. Donald started on Kate as well and she moved out.

I was reading the divorce papers when police came in and arrested me while Sherry was watching me dragged away. She waved at me and said your sons and his three friends that raped and scarred my daughter Kate are being arrested now as well.

If I were you I would accept whatever plea deal they offer you. Because you knew about your sons and there friends did to my daughter and gave them alibis. Most fathers would have killed them or at least made sure they ended up behind bars for a long time. Your sons set Kate up to get raped and marked just like you did to me. I follow as they arrest my our sobs and their three friends who Donald hired to work along side of our employees. I was so mad I couldn't see straight and ended up in the hospital each time I protested against him on anything. It took Christian Grey buying the company to make me realize I didn't need to be afraid anymore. I own half the company and I will get half the purchase money. I will be getting the home and half the cars. Donald will be broke by the time I am done. I took my half of all our accounts event the overseas accounts and half our residences. I grabbed the New York house and the pretentious Martha's Vineyard one. It was not in the ritzy area, but it is nice and cozy.

I knew this divorce was coming and Sherry has went through enough with this monster she married. I give her everything she asked for and a restraining order against her husband and her three sons. She also asked for the same for her daughter so she can't be harmed by them again. I was well aware all were arrested in their complicity in the trial of the three friends raping and carving their initials into her. I am not lucky enough to handle that case, I did make sure they didn't get the last corrupt judge that allowed them to get away with raping her. I grant everything mrs Kavanagh has asked for. The Greys come in and they go with the prisoner to his trial. I loved they brought him here in handcuffs for his divorce. I decided to go sit in on the trial of mr Kavanagh and the six others. I took time for this. I guess the lady judge wanted to prove a point and each got more than fifteen years combining the charges against each of them. See how they survive in jail for fifteen years each. I was glad Kate didn't have to testify against them again. Their was a gag order on all the trials concerning the Kavanagh's and the three friends. No news outlet was allowed near here. Most knew that the Grey family had issued warnings to the press if they saw anything in their papers they would make to make them regret it. So nothing was written and no one knew about the trials or the divorce.
