🌮I just wanted to say that I don't hate Chloe as a character, but for the plot she has to be a mean person. For now, of course! Okay, bye!🌮

Marinette's POV

7:45 A.M

I was brushing my teeth when I heard a knock on the door. I wasn't expecting anyone, but I did have a package coming, so it's probably that. I opened the door a crack to see my new girlfriend, Lila waiting eagerly at the door. I quickly opened it and hugged her, giving her a quick kiss on the check.

"Hi, babe, I was wondering if you wanted to walk to school together," Lila asked shyly. It was so cutee! She was wearing a yellow sundress with open-toed sandals. I noticed she decided to wear a little makeup today.

"Of course!" I agreed. I took my backpack and a box of macaroons and walked out the door, hand in hand with Lila.

"I have something for you," I admitted, and I finally realized one of her hands was behind her back, hiding a gift.

"Ooooooh, what is it?" I asked, trying to circle around her to see what was behind her. Her kept turning her back, though, so I couldn't see it. She pulled out a heart chocolate box and a blooming rose. "Aww, thank you!" I said. Then I frowned.

"I didn't get you anything though," I apologized. She shook her head while smiling.

"I don't care, just enjoy the chocolates," Lila chuckled. "Let's get to school before we're late."

I nodded and put the rose and chocolate box in my backpack, giving myself a mental note to buy her something later. "Lila, what's your favorite dessert?" I asked, trying to not sound suspicious.

She looked at me with raised eyebrows and a smirk. "Love," she answered simply, making me laugh.

"You can eat love?" I asked skeptically. She nodded sarcastically. "Where do I buy love? CVS?" I asked, earning a laugh from her.

"No, Trader Joes," she rolled her eyes. We kept naming stores until we stopped in front of the school. Alya was standing right outside, as if she was waiting for someone. When she saw us, she smirked at me.

"I see it went well, Marinette," she observed. I rolled my eyes. "It did, actually," Lila answered, sparing me.

"Congrats, Marinette," Adrien stepped out from behind Alya and gave me a charming smile.

"Thank you," Lila and I said at the same time. "Hoo boy," Nino grumbled.

We stepped into the center of the school and I went to my friends to tell them the big news.

"Hey, do you hear that?" Lila asked me. I listened closely. I heard the sound of a helicopter. I looked up to see one right over the school, lowering down on us. Lila took my hand and pulled me out of the way.

When the helicopter landed, I could see writing on it saying it belonged to Mayo-

Oh no. A girl with a silky blonde ponytail, blue eyeshadow, and a diamond encrusted belt stood in front of the door out.

"Missed me?" She turned her head to face me and I felt a fireball of pure fury form in my throat. As if Lila could feel it too, she took my hand and gripped it tightly.

"Chloe," I grumbled.

"Welcome back, dear!" The mayor walked in the school to welcome his daughter back to Paris. I'm almost positive he was the only person glad to see her...well, except one other.

Another girl with shoulder-length red hair and glasses ran to the helicopter carrying a pile of books taller than her head. "Chloe!" she said excitedly.

"Not now, Sabrina," Chloe said. She blew a kiss over to her, making Sabrina drop her books.

She turned to me again and smirked. "Still the same stalker girl, huh Marinette Dupain-Cheng?"

"Still the same spoiled girl, huh Chloe Bourgeois?" I mocked. She rolled her eyes.

"You do realize I could get you expelled, right?" She said, stepping closer.

"Yes, I do. It's just that I don't give a fuck," I answered. 'Ooohs' and 'ahhhs' could be heard throughout the area.

Chloe turned a rosy shade of pink for a moment, then lost it quickly. "Do you know who I am, Dupain-Cheng?!"

"No," Lila spoke. "But you seem like a bitch and you better not talk to my girlfriend like that."

Chloe turned her attention to Lila. "Uh, who are you again?"

"That's Lila, she's in our class," Sabrina said.

"Well, she clearly didn't make a big impression on me," Chloe scoffed.

"Well, I know you, that's for sure. You're the most ego-centered person I've ever met, and we all know that's not real designer," Lila shot back, pointing at Chloe's new golden hoop earrings.

Chloe gritted her teeth. "You'll regret this, Lila Rossi," she spat, and walked off.
