Hey everyone! How are you guys doing?
Here's another video from Saturday Night Live, one of my favorite comedy channels.
For yall Keeper of the Lost Cities fans, is it just me or does this video remind me way too much of Sophitz? Okay, on with the story.
(This chapter will be mostly Lilanette fluff, enjoy!)

Marinette's POV
4:57 PM
The door sang a cheery chiming melody as a girl with forest green eyes and long brown hair walked into the bakery, making a beeline for the cash register which luckily had nobody in line.
"Hey, Bugaboo," she said happily, kissing the top of my hand and proceeding to lean on the front of the register facing me.
"Shhh, don't call me that!" I said quietly, pointing to my parents rolling dough in the back room, although they were too busy being embarrassing to notice Lila's questionable choice of pet name.
"Sorry, but we don't have any others!" she whined playfully. "How about Cinnabon?"
I tipped my head to the side curiously. "Sea Na Bone?"
Lila let out a soft, whimsical chuckle that made my ears dance with delight. "No, Cinnabo-wait, you seriously don't know what Cinnabons are?"
I shook my head no and she gasped.
"No way, we have to get you one right now!" she whisper-shouted. Lila scooted to the side to see my parents kissing a little too PG13-ish for a bakery.
"Hey, guys, can I take Marinette to the mall?" she shouted. They looked at each other and expressed their approval with a hasty nod then went back to whatever they were doing.
"Great, let's gooooooooo!" Lila grabbed my hand and dashed out the door which chimed happily, signaling the beginning of our adventure for See No Bones. We ran the full three blocks to the mall despite my pleas to slow down, and by the time we were there, I was ready to collapse.
"All this for some bones we can't see?" I muttered irritably, not Lila pretended not to notice, dragging me along the pristine marble floors of the indoor mall until we reached a small stand in the middle of the walkway.
A girl with black hair dyed purple at the tips stood with a bright pink apron handing a girl with blue glasses a pastry boxed in an equally pink container adorned with cheery white spots. The air around the stand smelled deliciously like cinnamon and icing and vanilla and lemonade.
"Hey, Juleka!" Lila greeted our friend with a friendly smile. "One Cinnabon, please."
The edges of Juleka's dark purple lips stretched to form a small smile. "On the house," she said quietly, handing us some forks.
"Your boss lets you do that?" Lila asked teasingly. A small blonde head popped up from the other side of the counter.
"Nope," Rose said a her small, squeaky, mouse-like voice, standing on her tippy toes to kiss Juleka's cheek. "But it's not like she's here." I rolled my eyes at Rose's assumption, but thanked Juleka for the free dessert and said my goodbyes to her and Rose.
"So this is a Cinnabon?" I asked, poking at the iced treat with my fork curiously. Lila nodded, looking over my shoulder to see my fork as I took my first bite.
"Delicious," I muttered over my generous bite, shoving another forkful into my mouth.
"Save some for me," Lila whined, cramming some of the pastry into her own mouth.
"You look ridiculous," I mumbled over the food, making Lila almost spit out her mouthful back into the box.
"Ditto," she said and poked my cheek with her sticky fork, catching my freshly-washed blackberry bangs in the frosting.
"Sorry!" she apologized as I grumpily tried to wash the icing out of my hair with my tongue.
"You are not yet forgiven," I told her solemnly as she cackled like a witch.
"Oh really?" She moved closer to my face, cupping my cheeks with her hands. My heart sped up rapidly as she moved her soft lips closer to mine. "And how can I change that?"
"By buying another Cinnabon," I answered dryly, earning another witch-like cackle from Lila as she let go of my frosting-coated cheeks.
"Fair enough," she said, kissing me on the forehead before going to the Cinnabon stand again.
Suddenly, the lights in the mall quickly dimmed, and the only thing keeping the building from being completely pitch black was flashing red lights around the emergency exits. Lila ran back to our bench and took my hand in hers protectively.
"Ladies and gentlemen, there is an akumatization outside. Please exit the mall quickly and leave everything behind."
I nodded to Lila, and even with the extreme absence of light, I could see her head bob up and down in agreement. We ran towards the exit which many others were already desperately sprinting towards the brightly-marked door.
We turned a corner when we got outside in the chaotic screaming of people shoving each other out of the way to get to safety, ending up in a plain alleyway- a common place for me to transform.
"Spots on," I said as Lila declared, "Let's pounce."
