Amora and Ace are twins and parents are Sindel and Kung Jerrod as well and older sister and best friend is are Kitana and Jade. Amora and Ace had a hard life to their father dying while they were both baby's, mother died , marrying Shao Kahn but seeing him as a sort of Father figure they never had, and losing in the Tournament. But then Amora betrayed Shao Kahn and and sided with Raiden forcing Rain to side with him as well as she didn't give him a choice. A while later Ace also sides with Raiden but when Sindel is resurrected by Quan Chi she kills most of Earthrealm's warriors including Amora. Now she is stuck as a Revenant along with her sister, mother, best friend and the rest of Earthrealm's fallen warriors.
