After the defeat of Shinnok, Amora found herself back in the Neatherrealm, now serving the new rulers of the Neatherrealm, Emperor and Empress Liu Kang and Kitana. Amora did whatever she wanted and killed whoever she wanted, but unfortunately for Kitana and Liu Kang, letting her do whatever she wanted would soon come back to bit them as she met up with Noob Saibot and smiled as she kissed him and he kissed her back. After months of planning and with Quan Chi out of the way, they would take the Neatherrealm from Liu Kang and Kitana, and would become the new Emperor and Empress of Neatherrealm. No one would ever take the throne from them, but if they did they would pay the price.
