Bruno

During the dinner Mirabel stared intensely at Dolores. But as soon as her vision was blocked Dolores told Camilo. Who then told Felix, who told Pepa, who told Julietta.

Mirabel looked down avoiding her mama's gaze only to see cracks forming. She bumped her head when Mariano called to her.

"Are you ok?" Agustín answered for her. "She's fine she's just excited, for you to propose which you should do as fast as possible."

Mariano looked at them confused. "I was actually going to-" Mirabel cut him off, "you were actually gonna!" She pushed him in front of Isabella.

Mrs. Guzman tried to explain that Mariano wanted to sing telling Luisa to get the piano. Luisa agreed about to cry.

Mirabel hastily shoved Mariano in a proposal position. "It's actually family tradition to sing after."

Mariano went along with it and pulled out the box beginning to propose to Isabella. Mirabel jumped to cover some cracks giving Mariano a thumbs up. "You're doing great."

She noticed some of Antonio's animals gathering the vision putting it together. "No!" She dove for the vision and missed it.

It ended up on the table in front of Alma showing the broken house with Mirabel in front of it.

Dolores screamed, "Mirabel broke into Bruno's tower, she's going to destroy the magic and we are all doomed!"

The house began to crack even more around them as everyone's magic went out of control. The Guzmans ran out with Alma behind them. "Señora por favor!"

Luisa ran out crying, "I'm a loser!" Pepa yelled at Mirabel, "what did you do!?"

"I'm not doing anything! It's Bruno's vision!"

Sophia glared at Mirabel, "my papa's vision isn't doing any of this!" Before she could say more they saw the rats taking the vision away.

Mirabel and Sophia began to follow them. Sophia knowing exactly where they were going.

Sophia saw her papa pick up the pieces. He looked over at them and Sophia waved. "Hey papa sorry I couldn't get the vision. They all saw it."

Mirabel looked between the 2 confused. Bruno held open his arms and Sophia ran into his embrace. "It's ok mi vida, I'm the idiot who left it in my vision cave. It's not your fault."

He kissed the top of her head and looked over to Mirabel. "You must be Mirabel. Last I saw you, you were only 5 years old."

"Tio Bruno?" Bruno nodded and looked around. "Let's talk somewhere else." They walked towards the small room. Mirabel saw the cracks Bruno had been patching up.

"Have you been back here patching the cracks?" "Oh no I'm too scared to go near those things. All of the patching is done by Hernando."

"Who is Hernando?" "I'm Hernando and I'm scared of nothing!"

She looked at him confused, "which is actually just me. I used to say my real gift was acting."

Bruno chuckled and they continued to the small room. "How long have you been back here?"

Bruno opened the door and she saw his small lived in room. "You never left." "Well I left my tower which was you know a lot of stairs. But here," he picked up and arepa. "Kitchen adjacent!"

He spilt it up giving some to Sophia and some to his rats. "Plus free entertainment!"

"So what do you like, sports? Game show! Telenovelas." Sophia whispered to Mirabel, "I personally like the Telenovelas but the game show isn't bad either."

Bruno sighed sitting down, "there love could never be." "I don't understand?" "Oh well she's his tia but she has amnesia so she can't remember he's his aunt. So it's a very forbidden-"

Mirabel cut him off, "I don't understand why you left but didn't leave." Bruno sighed, "Well the mount around the Encanto are pretty tall. An spoke I said free food and everything."

He began to talk to his rats when Mirabel saw the drawn on plate for Bruno. "My gift wasn't really helping the family."

Sophia hugged her papa and he smiled hugging her back. "But I love my family you know."

"I just I don't, anyway you should probably go because. Well I don't really have a reason but if I did you would say I should go because that's a good reason."

"Papa you need to stop thinking that way." Bruno sighed, Mirabel kneeled next to her tio. "Why was I in your vision."

Bruno looked away, "tio Bruno. All I wanted to do was make the family proud of me. But if I should stop, if I'm hurting my family. I need to know."

Bruno looked at her sadly, "I can't." "Why?" "Because I don't know." Bruno began to re piece the vision together.

"I had this vision the night you didn't have your gift." Sophia used her gift to show Mirabel what happened while Bruno explained.

"You left, because of me." Bruno nodded, "I don't know which way it will go but my guess is that the fate of Casita and the Encanto will be up to you."

"Or maybe I'm wrong! It's a mystery that's why this vision is pffft." He led Mirabel out of the room. "Good luck, wish I could've seen more."

Bruno went back inside and Sophia gave him a reassuring smile.
