The princess smiles down at Jimin when he bows down at her.
"Hello, Jimin, may I see Tiana?" She asks.
Jimin stands up straight and opens his mouth to say something, but the princess moves past him and thanks him.
Jimin clenches his jaw when he watches the princess let herself into the king's bed-chamber along with her personal maid who has a tray in her hands with a teapot and cups on it.
He's definitely going to get it if the king finds out that he "let" the princess into his bed-chamber.
She takes small steps over to Tiana, her arms hidden under the flap of her hanbok.
Tiana scoots up against the king's headboard as if trying to create space between her and the princess.
"Hi, Tiana, I won't be here for long, but I was told by the king that you are going through some female stuff," the princess says with a soft look on her face.
"I'm aware of how bad it can be, so I brought tea that I drink to relieve my cramps...since the king asked me for help," Princess Ari says.
She pouts at Tiana as if she is pitying her.
The princess gestured for her maid to pour the tea for Tiana.
The maid does what the princess asks her to do and once she's done, she hands the tea to Tiana with both hands.
Tiana takes the tea from the maid and thanks her.
She looks down at the tea. The liquid is a yellow-orange color. Steam comes from the liquid and makes its way to Tiana's nose. She sighs at the fresh smell of the tea.
"What kind of tea is it?" Tiana asks.
The princess smiles at her.
"It's ginger green tea," she says. "Basically ginger tea and green tea mixed together. It works wonders for cramps!"
Tiana nods her head at the princess and gives a small, but weak smile.
"Sounds good," Tiana says.
Her eyes trace the princess's features.
"Would you like some too?" Tiana asks. "It's been a while since I've I'd tea with someone."
The princess scrunches her face at Tiana but soon replaces it with a soft smile.
"I don't usually have tea with pe- non-royals, so I'll do it this one time," the princess says.
Her maid pours her a cup and hands it to the princess with both hands. The princess takes the tea from the maid and sips it.
Tiana watches her and pays attention to her throat to make sure she is swallowing it. Once Tiana is convinced, she takes a sip of the tea as well.
The warm liquid soothes Tiana's throat and provides much-needed heat to her stomach. It doesn't get rid of her cramps, but she can feel less tense the more she drinks the tea.
"Thank you, princess," Tiana says. "The tea already seems to help."
The princess's eyes crinkle as she smiles down at Tiana.
"I'm glad," she says.
The two stare at each other for a few seconds before the princess speaks again, getting rid of the tense atmosphere that slowly seeped its way into the room.
"Well, I better get going. I'll let the king know about the tea so that you can be served it to help with your cramps," Princess Ari says.
Tiana bows her head at the princess while sitting on top of the bed.
