40: Stance.

DANI stands in her trade stance only few have seen. She's deadly serious and it could be seen in her eyes. A trait every women heiress's got.

Her face hard and unreadable. Her eyes were cold, lifeless yet sharp and creepy. Standing straight as she walks herself nearer to Im Nara while the fight continues  around them.

On the distance,Kim Jang Mi and Shin piseo had a chance to meet right after the fearless secretary escorted every guests outside the court safely. She also manages some un enhanced agents that comes their way.

While the former chairwoman faces and fight few agents who comes in her way as well. She prevented more agents getting involve with her grandchildren's fight.

"Safe?" She ask standing next to each other both got their weapons. Shin piseo with her twin guns while Kim Jang Mi's her twin samurai.

"Safe." She affirms.

"BTS?"

"I'm not pretty sure uijangnim." She subtly glance at her. "Since Red is here, I guess they were able to manage themselves."

"You think so?" Not quite convince. Just the very thought how they easily scream and get scared, she worried they might not been able to gather their wits even before they discover how to use their avatar.

"Uijangnim." Shin piseo's voice laced with concern eyes darted to Kim Dani. "Will she be fine?"

Her question brought Kim Jang Mi to smile. Confidence reeks her lips as both looking at Dani's. She just released her aura, announcing everyone her authority. Every enhanced agent felt it and were expectant to witness her true potential as heiress.

"I've always been trusted her. Her decisions and her capacity. She did everything on her own. All I did was provide her needs. She's legendary and you know it.

Right now, I let her be. Whatever she decides to do tonight its all up to her. I'll be supporting her all the way. Im Nara puts herself into this situation, so she has to face all the consequences in the hands of my daughter."

"What if..." That day cross her mind. Fear was drawn at the side of her cold and fearless eyes. What happened that day imprinted her. A nightmare haunting her until she dies.

DANI'S on the cold floor when Shin piseo and Rain arrives. They were near the building when Hope informed them that she gain her consciousness exposing some of her untaimed energy.

He run towards the twin and checked if they were alright while Shin piseo held Kang Aera behind her back.

"Hope, status?" Rain ask. Since she delivered the twin, this is the first time she regain her consciousness. They're concern if her ability overrides her consciousness and spread havoc that might expose them literally.

"Mianheyo hyeongnim, but tentatively I can't read her now. Her vitals changes drastically and I'm afraid she's untameable. She's been sleeping these past years."

"Arasseo." He eyed Shin piseo." Take Kang Aera away from here and the twin." He instructed. But the twin tag the hem of his jeans fear cannot be seen in their eyes. Not confused nor troubled.

He squats looking at them.

"Things might be out of control. You have to be safe at all cost."

"But eomma." In Hoo gently look at their mother. "She needs help."

"Ara that's why you have to be safe." He patted his head and In Ha as well. "Take care of your brother."

The twin shared a meaningful look only they know what which didn't escape Shin piseo's eyes. She's well aware how they converse silently. They only uses simple yet meaningful gestures to communicate.
