I'M in Itaewon.

A very crowded place specially on weekend night. Nationalities of different countries and locals come in here to experience night life and to party.

Lots of affordable pubs and bars filled this area. You got all the choices you want. As long as you have the money and enjoyed the night.

I put a bit of effort with my outfit tonight. Just to fit in with the crowd. Basic rules when I'm in public.

Long collarless black coat, turtle neck fitted upper with long sleeves, black skinny jeans and black bondage shoes. Plain but the character was strong. I also put a light make up and style my hair into messy bun to complete my get up.

I'm meeting someone in particular tonight. I bit nervous how will we start the night after six years.

I get inside a known pub. It's filled with costumers and everyone got a great night. They've been enjoying their food and drinks. Well the place, it has a great ambiance I'm sure the food does too.

I ask the receptionist about my reservation. Then one of their waitress ushered me to our table.

My friend came early than I expected. A faint yet genuine smile on the side of my lips was drawn.

I casually sit at the vacant chair in front. She yelps. Her hand fly into her chest." Oreanmanine chinguya?" I wave a bit with a smile hiding the tense I feel inside.

She didn't talk but surprise with a mixture of fear was shown in her face as she held her breath. She run a scrutinizing look over me to check if she wasn't dreaming nor hallucinating.

Well she can check on me. I only needed three seconds to confirm that it was her.

She upgraded.

She's wearing a branded coat and bag. Her hair she bleach  it. She didn't wear her nerdy glasses anymore. Got a cool make up and she got this professional aura.

"You disappeared." Her way to break the silence. She opens her mouth then shut it up again. She got a load to say but she doesn't know where and how to start.

She hit her both thighs to break the uneasiness she had right now. She's mad, that's given. I brought her into this mess.

"I-I thought your dead." She hush whisper glancing the people around us. Afraid that someone might've heard. "The car it exploded. We found a body." She lean closer, fear registers her .

The whole gang who's been after our family's gone. Like they've been wipe out no one knows how and who? They've found bloody lifeless. All of them." She brushes her hair aggressively.

Then all of the sudden you'll call and meet me like nothing happened?"

"I miss you." That caught her off guard. I know she's mad how I disappeared that day. She treated me like a real family for three months so I can't blame her.

I know what I did was unforgiving but believe me it wasn't my intentions to leave that way. I was caught in two tight situation. I hope you'll understand." I hope she'll understand. I can't explain her anything further.

"Then that means I can't ask any proper explanations like the old days?" She sound demanding releasing a sarcastic and light chuckle. "Not even the sponsorship I got?"

I find comfort on my chair. I must explain it properly to her or she'll walk out.

"It was the only way I can compensate for all the things I did to you and to your family." I lean myself trying my best to persuade her and be forgiven for what happened before.
