The raindrops pattered quietly against the closed window, the world outside a dull gray, while the brown-haired boy sat deeply engrossed in his book on his windowsill. The letters pressed on the pages fascinated him, pulled him into the endless spell of the story, from which he himself could hardly escape.

But his stomach tore him from his focus. A loud grumble filled the silence, interrupted only by the rain, so the boy reluctantly put his book aside and came back to reality to get something to eat.

Meanwhile, he scrolled through his phone and checked the messages he had received, one of which belonged to Tina, a very good friend of the gray-eyed one.

'Heyy, you up for partying tonight?'
5:45pm

After a moment of thinking he agreed and grabbed some food before running back to his room to find something to wear.

Quite a while later he had finally decided on a pair of tight fitting, ripped black jeans and a purple sweater, to which he would add his black sneakers. After another look in the mirror, he was satisfied with his clothes and shortly after heard the honking of a car, which was that of his friend.

Hastily, the brown-haired man ran down the stairs and left the house, after checking if he had everything with him. Then, he hopped into the car with Tina and greeted her cheerfully before they drove together towards the club they were going to.

The smaller one had quickly made friends with others and played truth or dare with them, while the gray-eyed one sat on a sofa somewhat secluded, sipping his drink in peace.

So far no one had approached him let alone looked at him, but this quickly changed as a black haired man came over and sat down next to him.

"What's a handsome man like you doing here all alone?" the beanie-wearing man's voice rang out as interested dark brown eyes regarded the taller one.

"I'm here with a friend," the bookworm explained, gesturing to the person mentioned, causing his counterpart to nod in understanding.

They talked about God and the world for a while, until at some point the smaller one invited the gray-eyed one to come home with him. Drunk as the latter was, he immediately agreed and shortly after found himself in a black Mustang, whose engine could probably still be heard 10 miles away.

To say the black-haired man was a good driver would be an understatement. Even if it was a bit too fast for the taller one's taste, the way the brown-eyed one used the gearshift at the perfect moment and elegantly drove around the curves was breathtaking.

"What's your name anyway, pretty boy?"

"Karl. Karl Jacobs."

The house the brown haired man was led into was just as stunning as its owner. It was kept dark and most of the walls were black, the furniture matched the style perfectly and the darkened windows screamed danger.

But Karl didn't worry about that at all. He had never seen a house like this before, it matched the smaller one so perfectly that it was almost unimaginable, but at the same time there seemed to be something else here that made the bookworm look back and forth excitedly.

"Q? Is that you?" a voice rang out from the stairs that were in front of the two men before a handsome young boy appeared on them.

"Yep~ The one and only, baby," grinning, the smallest of the three welcomed his boyfriend and received a kiss before the brown haired one turned to the stranger.

"Who'd you bring?"

Green met gray as the two made eye contact and looked at each other.

Karl was the first to regain his composure.
