The wind rustled through the green spring forest through which the slender, brown-haired boy walked. Birds were chirping peacefully, the rustling of leaves was in his ears and his gray eyes reflected the sunlight that reached him through the many trees. The air was fresh and smelled of spring, it was still early in the morning and fog made the vision a bit difficult.

The small camera in the boy's hand gave a soft 'click' every now and then, attentive soul mirrors observed the surroundings and took in the beauty of nature.

A rustling sound caught the brown-haired boy's attention before something collided with his body, knocking him to the ground. Startled, he looked at his attacker, whose head was adorned with two horns. Its teeth were pointed and clearly visible, as it had opened its mouth a crack wide. The skin of the creature, which resembled a human, was covered with scars and slightly tanned. When the eyes of the man lying on the ground met those of his attacker, he was left breathless.

He had never seen anything like this. It was like staring into the flame of a fire; in fact, one could almost feel the heat emanating from the flame. Fascinated, the creature studied the taller one's features, admiration was in his stunning eyes as if he had never seen a human before.

Warm, rough hands carefully touched the cheek of the gray-eyed one, feeling its soft skin. A soft purr escaped the horned man before he let go of the boy lying on the ground and disappeared back into the mist.

The brown-haired one immediately rushed to his boyfriend. After a short while, the repeated ringing jolted the latter out of his well-deserved sleep and made him trot wearily to the door, where he was awaited by the attractive face of his partner.

"Karlos...? What are you doing so early in the morning-" the black-haired one started, however the taller one interrupted him.

"Babe, I found something or someone, I don't know, but you really need to come with me! Oh my god, his eyes and everything, you're gonna love him- hurry, quick!"

Faster than the smaller man could even look his partner had already grabbed his hand and pulled him into the forest with him. Meanwhile, the brown-haired one talked incessantly about the man with horns and eyes like a living flame, how he had touched his cheek very tenderly and disappeared into the mist as if nothing had happened.

They returned to the meadow where Karl had found the creature, but there was no trace of him. Together they started searching, even though Quackity still didn't quite know what they were looking for.

Hours passed, with the black-haired one having given up long ago and continuing to search only for his partner.

"Mi amor, I don't think we're going to find him," gently he reached for the older's hand and pulled him close.

"But Q, we have to find him! He had so many scars, maybe he'll hurt himself or be in danger or-"

A soft purr interrupted them, causing both of their gazes to wander to the side, where the creature sat on a low branch of a tree, watching them. His eyes shone even more bright than Karl remembered them, now in the sunlight the true beauty of the man with the horns could be seen. His hair was brown, but a little lighter than that of the gray-eyed one. His clothes consisted only of a pair of torn pants, which clearly showed his six-pack and trained thighs. The rest of his body wasn't lacking in muscles either, but one could now also see a thin tail on his lower back. Overall, he reminded Karl of the drawings of the devil, of which there are thousands on the Internet.

Elegantly, the creature hopped down from the branch and slowly approached the two men. Reflexively, the black-haired one pushed his partner behind him and protectively stretched a yellow feathered wing in front of him, which caused an enthusiastic giggle from the brown-haired one with the pointed teeth.

Rough fingers stroked the soft feathers, triggering a shiver in Quackity's body, causing the gray-eyed one to watch them curiously.

"Look, Q, he knows about this!" he muttered excitedly, coming up behind his partner.

"Of course I do, after all I'm sensitive too," a grin bared the man's sharp teeth. "I just didn't know some of us lived among humans".

The fiery look almost made Karl melt. He suddenly felt special, like he was unique; as if he was just like the other two, a being with supernatural abilities and body parts.

"It's rare, but I can actually hide myself pretty well. Even if I don't have to with Karl," brown soul mirrors looked lovingly at the taller boy.

A giggle left the human's lips. "That's right. I can't help but love you, especially when you're so beautiful"

The words triggered a flush of red on the smaller one's cheeks, causing the other two to smile.

"So you're a couple? Interesting. And your name is Karl?" curious, the fiery eyes looked back and forth between the two, to which he received a nod from them.

"Yep, that's right! I'm Karl and this is my partner Quackity, I brought him here because I really wanted him to meet you. I just didn't know you could talk.you." the tallest of the three scratched the back of his neck sheepishly.

A grin spread across the demon hybrid's face. "Understandable, I'm sure you haven't met that many of us before. It's the first time for me to see a human, so...", his gaze wandered to the black-haired one. "Can I take a look at what's yours?"

There was silence for a few seconds before Quackity made a reply.

"Alright."

The three of them had talked for a long while longer while the demon hybrid had examined the human. Finally, they walked together to Quackity's and Karl's house, where they made themselves comfortable on the sofa.

"Where have you been living until now that you've never seen a human before, Sapnap?" chimed in curiously from the gray-eyed one, whose hands were in his partner's hair, playing with it.

"Deep in the forest, sometimes here, sometimes there. I never had a real home... But you have it nice here, right by the forest and no neighbor far and wide," a broad smile was on the rough lips of the addressed.

Understanding, the taller one nodded and then looked at his partner, who fixated the lips of the demon hybrid.

Chuckling, the brown-haired one let go of his partner and looked to Sapnap. "Sappy, come here and kiss my sweet honeypie, will you?"

Surprised, the flaming eyes met the older one's stormy gray ones. "Nothing better than that."

And thus the two men fell all over each other, under the amorous gaze of the taller one.

One thing was for sure; the human wouldn't let the two attractive, sugar-sweet creatures go so quickly.
