While y/n was preparing for her part of the plan, all the Naruto clones jumped on Zabuza only for the dude to beat the 💩 out of them all with no effort.

One of the Narutos dug in his bag before whipping something out that he threw and Sasuke caught immediately.

The emo boy grinned, 'I see. So that's your plan, Naruto! Not bad, not bad at all!'

Y/n had finally found her spot, removing her kanabou from her back and taking the cloth off of it. She adjusted her hold on it so that it wouldn't make any noise while Sasuke threw that big 🍑 shuriken.

Rather than hitting the water clone, it flew right past him and went for the real Zabuza instead.

He caught it but something wasn't quite right.

Oh, yes.

There was another.

The second Shuriken neared and Zabuza...
Mf jumped over it.

The look on his face was intense.

"Still so naïve."

Sakura gasped, horrified by this while Sasuke only smirked with a quiet, "Heh."

Right as the second shuriken was a certain distance away, it transformed into Naruto with a poof.

"Here it is!" Naruto shouted right as Zabuza turned, the little blond boy throwing a single kunai.

...oh my goodness, this man dodged it. Well, not really. Naruto had managed to cut him just beneath his eye. A little further up and he would've been blinded in that eye/

Sasuke, Sakura, and Tazuna stared in shock as Zabuza turned to throw the first shuriken at the blond boy as he was about to fall in the water.

He was still forgetting about y/n though.

"Oh no you don't!" y/n exclaimed, Zabuza catching only a glimpse of her before that big 🍑 kanabou of her's slammed into his face and sent him skidding across the water like a pebble.

The noise was one of cracking bone and the exiled ninja was so shocked, he couldn't recover in time to avoid being submerged when he tumbled to a halt.

Y/n landed atop the water, stumbling as she tried to keep herself from sinking but also watching for Zabuza just in case he got back up.

'I tried to pull back a little since I didn't wanna kill him.' she thought, wobbling a little, 'He'll probably get back up.'

"Naruto!" y/n called and let out a sigh of relief when he popped up out of the water, "Oh, you're okay."

Her ears were ringing a little bit. Her kanabou was certainly a useful tool but it was heavy as hell. Even if she was an oni, she was still young and had to use chakra in order to lighten the load. On top of that, she was using chakra to stand on the water as well.
