"Y/n, where were you anyways?"

"Pooping."

Sasuke gave y/n a look while the crimson oni refused to make eye contact, her lips pursed and her gaze uninterested as they made their way back to Tazuna's house.

Just as y/n had been heading back from her successful info hunt, she ran into Sasuke who called her an idiot before stating that they were heading back to Tazuna's house together.

It wasn't even a question, it was a statement.

Y'know, for safety purposes.

"You and I both know that's a lie. You weren't using the bathroom." Sasuke pointed out and y/n smirked.

"Oh yeah? Let me guess, you were peeping?" y/n challenged, coming to a halt and poking Sasuke's cheek, "You perv."

"I am not!" he snapped, cheeks going pink at the fact that the crimson horned delinquent in front of him would ever suggest such a thing, "Why would I be peeping?!"

"I dunno. Your pretty boy privileges and the mysterious aura give you a free pass to get away with it if there's no proper evidence." y/n said with a shrug, "Oh yeah, by the way..."

Y/n dug into the pack she brought along with her and offered Sasuke a container wrapped in a f/c cloth, "Granny and I made onigiri before the trip. Here, she wanted me to give it to you."

Sasuke hesitated but accepted the gift, opening it and finding the onigiri y/n had spoken of. They were really small, Granny tended to make them that way since they'd be just as filling and there'd be more to go around.

However...

Sasuke deadpanned at how the onigiri had been carefully sorted in the container to spell out, 'Ligma Balls.'

"You're so immature." Sasuke grumbled while y/n snickered, clearly proud of what she'd done.

"Hey now, it took me time to make that! Be grateful!" she said in a whiny tone, pretending to look heartbroken.

Sasuke scowled, "I can't stand you."

"You and I both know that's a lie." y/n was mimicking Sasuke at this point with that brooding expression of his on her face, "You like my company, you're just too stupid to realize or admit it."

The ebony haired boy let out a 'Tsk' as they began to walk again. It was some time before Sasuke spoke.

"Three questions."

Y/n blinked in confusion, "Huh?"

Sasuke kept his gaze ahead as they walked alongside one another, "When you first started living with Granny, you wanted to ask me questions so I gave you three."

Y/n deadpanned, "O-Oh... right..."

"You owe me three questions now."

"But that was years ago!"

"No buts, get to talking." Sasuke said sharply and y/n crossed her arms with and looked away with a huff.
