What if: Y/n looked like a normal human for a day

- Y/n would be absolutely devastated

- Girlie is proud of her oni heritage, so she's not going to be happy when she loses both her horns and her precious markings

- I can't imagine anybody not recognizing her because of her height, but they're definitely gonna be confused due to the sudden change in appearance

- She seems much more approachable to people she isn't close to, but they will quickly run off as soon as they realize y/n retained her oni strength

- It would take lots of comforting and convincing from Naruto before y/n would dare to take a step out of her house

- They catch onikabuto together to cheer her up

- let's say the locals don't recognize her

- they don't hesitate to chat with her, ask her for assistance with things, and they happily treat her like any other person

- this is nice and all, but our oni can't accept it

- if Konoha doesn't accept her as an Oni, and only accepts her as another human, she won't even bother interacting with them

- eagerly waits for this strange phenomenon to wear off and is overjoyed when she regains her horns and markings

What if: Double Whammy "Y/n" and Successor "Y/n" met

- they'd get along

- simply because they're both terrified of Shiori

- Successor "Y/n" is confused by the fact that Shiori is an eleven year old child now instead of a cat, but doesn't fear her any less

- both the oni and the oni mask donning demon slayer chase the chaotic young Wood Release user around until they finally corner her in a town

"Stop right there!" the crimson oni shouted at the young girl who stood a distance away, "You've caused enough trouble today, you little brat!"

"What the—?" the dark skinned girl squinted, looking at the Oni and the Oni mask wearer before demanding, "Why the hell are there two y/ns in one place?!"

"Please just come with us quietly." the demon slayer sighed, "You've leveled eight towns, and the damage is probably gonna cost millions to repair."

"No way! I'm not going down like this, I wanna be a cat again!" Shiori snapped, green eyes filled with rage before she formed a hand seal, "Wood Release! Morning Wood Jutsu!"

"Wait, what the 🚚?" the Oni began and shrieked when a big 🍑 tree emerged from the ground, causing the earth to tremble and break as it blocked the duo's path to the young wood release user, "What... what in the hell?!"

The demon slayer sighed, "Oh my goodness..."

The giant tree looming above them was very suspicious looking, that was for sure.

- after long battle which practically destroyed the earth, thanks to the oni's strength and the demon slayer's Moon Breathing techniques, they successfully subdued the universally wanted menace

- Demon Slayer y/n would definitely give Shinobi y/n some advice on how to keep Shiori on check, pat both of them on the head, and go on back to her universe

- y/n definitely finds a way to open a wormhole in space and time to go visit the demon slayer world lol
