The art of being stealthy...

The key was to be so unnoticeable... you get lost.

As you can see, y/n is a master of being stealthy.

Because she got lost.

"Seriously? I was just with them!" y/n grumbled with a pout, looking around with an irritated huff.

She closed her eyes, pressing her hand against the ground. Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura weren't too far off.

She could sense Naruto's chakra from where she stood which made her situation a bit less challenging.

But...

There was a loud rumble from y/n's belly as she shed a single tear, patting her tummy, "I know... I know..."

She required quite a bit of food to replenish energy.

Y/n looked around curiously before beginning to wander, far too tired and too hungry to try searching for the three sources of chakra she recognized the most.

As night slowly turned to day, y/n wandered.
As she was searching for her team and Kabuto, the little squad was busy taking on some weird slime people things.

With Naruto's tons shadow clones, in addition to the others' efforts, they made an attempt to draw out the enemy but ran out of energy before them.

They weren't in a good spot, really.

And would you look at that!

"You!" Naruto snapped, pointing to the same boy from four/five days before who had attacked the group only to have y/n one shot him. Twice.

He seemed to be sneering down at the group of very exhausted Genin as he held a kunai.

"Hm? The Oni who busted my nose isn't with you, how disappointing. Either way... her teammates are all here." the boy said, seemingly with glee, "How lucky. That's one way to even the score."

Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, and Kabuto all glared at the boy in front of them as well as his two teammates.

Before any of the masked trio could move, something darted from the trees and grabbed one of them by the face. He hardly had time to react before he was slammed against the ground, the earth cracking beneath him.

"What the-?" the other began, preparing to attack only for the creature to lunge at him next, grabbing him by the throat and throwing him like a ball.

The group of four, that were four of Naruto's shadow clones, poofed away while the real ones watched from bushes in confusion and wariness.

"Wait a minute..." Sasuke murmured as he caught sight of the snarling creature's e/c eyes, "That's...!"

The boy who y/n had sucker punched several times the other day stumbled back, falling onto his butt as he stared up at her with a horrified expression.

"Y-You! You monster!" he shouted.

Y/n glowered down at him as she cracked her knuckles, "I'm hungry, man. Don't get in the way of my food."

The masked boy looked to his two teammates for help but they were both out cold. One strung over a tree branch like clothes hanging out to dry, and the other had his head practically shoved underground.

Though the leg of the one who had his head forced into the earth occasionally twitched, neither showed any signs of waking up any time soon.

"You... you...!"
